Good pathology and ultrasound scan centre in the heart of city situated at astle hall near Orient cinema hall. Dr. Shobha sikund and Dr. Rajeev sikund are a renowned personality of Dehradun famous for their good work in the field. I think the centre has improved the services at the reception counter. Otherwise the doctor is really good at their job.

Went for follicular scanning, the plastic probes cover that was inserted wasn't changed instead they were cleaned. Really pathetic might cause infection if not cleaned properly. Paying 1500 rupees is a waste. Rajiv Sikund is one of the renowned radiologist in Doon but i believe it's their service staff that is doing such a blunder.

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would have done that. Staff is extremely rude. They don't tell you waiting time while paying for the test. Also the washroom is pretty unhygienic. There is not even a soap or handwash to wash hands which is pretty low, considering that it's a medical testing facility where most people need to use the washroom. :( :/

Doctor was good, but the overall infra is poor.Need to look into hygiene and cleanliness to a larger extend.

The staff at the said lab is rude and completely naive. The environment at the lab is unhygienic and Dr. Rajiv Sikund is also not having good knowledge. They are charging exorbitant rates for USG and the only reason for working of the said lab is the lack of good doctors in Dehradun. The staff even missed the USG reports and they are not even apologetic for their act and even Dr. Rajiv Sikund is not serious about such acts

One of my close relative recently had his X - ray done from sikund diagnostic centre & the expereince was both unprofessional & without proper due diligence . His knee area and calf region was swollen 2 days after his RTA, and we suspected that it to be hairline fracture, so we had his knee X-ray from here, firstly they handed over us report saying that there’s no damage or anything & everything is normal. Luckily , my neice was a nursing officer in AIIMS Bilaspur & was constantly asking & staying in touch of the process. This made the technician a little extra alert & cautious. After handing over the report he again went inside & after some consultation brought a fresh report mentioning a ‘hairline fracture ‘.This made me realise , unless we have a medical professional in the family , we cannot trust these so called ‘reputed diagnostic centres’ of our city. Handing over the wrong reports was one thing , the radiologist after seeing the review of my neice called her the ensuing morning giving justification for their mistake . He mentioned how the top 4 specialists were unsure if it was a hariline or not. He mentioned some very dumb reasons & i quote, “ You know how difficult it is to make out decisions from 2d image” . I mean it is their job to analyse it properly & then give the best decision. Highly dissappointed!

1 star for the pathetic staff they have hired, doctors here are good and knowledgeable, answer all queries patiently, However staff is so rude and do not manage the crowd properly. After paying 1700 for a scan one can surely expect good hospitality, better time management and Sikund Diagnostic Centre lack in both. I wish the management take a cue from reviews and give their staff some good piece of advice.

My father’s knee area and calf region was swollen 2 days after his RTA, and we suspect that it could be hairline # so we had his knee X-ray from here, firstly they handover us report saying that there’s no damage or something & everything is normal, after that the technician who was present in the X-ray dept saw the report then they chit chat something went to the place from where we collected the report & then they gave us report which states that there is hairline # in the patellar region. So the moral of the story is CAN WE RELY ON THE REPORTS AND DOCUMENTATION? This is a mistake & I don’t think that it is acceptable from such “well known” diagnostic centre.

It is the best diagnostic centre in Dehradun. Doctors, staff and everyone involved are excellent, polite , extremely efficient. The place is very clean, hygiene wise. Excellent service & reports are delivered promptly. I would certainly recommend this centre to everyone I come across.

Clean but costly .. ultrasound cost rs. 1600/- for 1st month pregnancy

Unhygienic place, could easily see mosquitoes, Test rates are also higher than others. Time spent to do ultrasound is not up to the mark, people want to attend as many as possible in given point of time.

Dr Kunal Sikund is very very experienced and polite. My gynaecologist referred amniocentesis test and trust me Dr. Kunal has performed with all his perfection. Since it was a major test with the risk of miscarriage he made sure to make me comfortable and did the test with the ease. One of the best doctor and diagnostic center in Dehradun. Highly recommended.

I have personally been many times with my father and my mother, who are now in their nineties, and have recived personal attention and accurate diagnostic assessment, from both Dr Kunal Sikund and Dr Rajeev Sikund, which is accepted at all major hospitals and is relied upon by practising doctors, even outside Dehradun. The Pathology centre is meticulously handled by Drs Shobha and Suniti Sikund. State of the art technology is available in the Pathology as well as Radiology Units of the centre. A mostly painless process, for patients and their attendants, despite the many patients always seen, due largely to the cheerful and reassuring staff and technicians. There are sufficient doctors available throughout the day.

Have very comfortable experience in sikund diagnostic center. All staff are very good and friendly in behaviour. Reports are perfect.

The detailing is missing, a very basic setup with no color reports even though the prices are even higher than Max hospital.
