It was a fantastic experience. I love the Christmas vibes all around so beautifully decorated and wonderful discount schemes and ambience. The main attraction during the festive season was 1) Santa grotto was so fun for my kids where they included games and activities for kids like colouring and indoor play which are so fun. There were two rooms in the grotto- 1st was a play area where kids colour and do colouring and the 2nd room where kids can meet their favourite Santa. 2) Make a wish booth- where kids write their wishes on paper and drop them in the box. 3)Dance- where your kids can enjoy awesome dance moves. 4) wonderful discount on the products. 5) Games for kids like car racing etc. And kids can try the best selling toys before buying them. 6) Moving wheels and getting a surprise was makes kids happy. I would recommend Hamleys to enjoy the festive vibes and we had a great time there.

In sector 18 DLF MALL OF INDIA Fabulous place for children, not just because there are toys for every age range and preference, but also lots of stuff to try out. They have puzzles, dolls of various kinds, crafts and art, games, Lego, kits and plenty more, including classic board games. Also offer gift-wrap facility for free. Toys are best and stuff is very cool

Not many interesting models and toys available. Some toys looks more pricey than they should be. The game of cars has some faulty machine/steerings so check and then take the wheel. 99%items are Chinese which makes them costly too as import duty extended. They are trying to build more vendors from India but no sooner hope. Packaging is good after your purchase. Clean and very spacious store btw.

Charging 500 for 60mins but quality is bad. Somethings are not working.. example the cycles. . Big Gap in trampoline where my child's leg got stuck and she got hurt. 1 patch of green near the big white slide is very slippery. All kids are falling there on their way out of the slide. When I told this to the hamleys staff I was informed that it is supposed to be slippery and the socks provided are to enhance this. Quite disappointed at the experience.

It's huge and well maintained. You'll get every toy/ gift for yourself or kids here.

Kids toys store. It's big, and contains a whale lot of collections be it toys, games, accessories for kids. Almost all types of toys are available here. Atmosphere and crowd is very nice.

It is a very good toy store with a wide range of toys. The only thing I noticed is that the arrangement of the store could be improved. Though they have made separate sections for different types of toys but sometimes it becomes a little difficult to find any particular type of toy. Overall the theme and energy of the store is awesome and I also appreciate the various engagement activities that this store has for kids of different age groups. I would definitely like to go again and explore more toys, especially from the puzzle section.

Kids toys store on the Top Level of Mall of India . It's big, and contains a good collection of toy, games, accessories for kids. Almost all types of toys are available here and some clothing options as well. They also have Mirror Maze for adults and kids to enjoy. There is a ticket for that.

One of the best hamleys store. A very large variety of toys, kids stuff. Staff is very good at toy store. Always ready to assist and help to choose the right toy. There is also a hamleys play zone for the little ones with a cafe inside.

Loved by kids.... (Yes, we adults too :-)) Hell lot of options to get lost in the sea of "bachpan". Play area for kids. The mirror maze is awesome and fun to go for kids as well as for adults. RC racing is fun to play with kids. Try it with your kid and you will be lost in 'the childhood'. Got Miko 3 in Hemleys with pro membership free 😍 as of today (Jun 2023). Must buy if u want smart kids and monitor them too. And not to forget.... The real dinosaur 🦖 show was awesome (uploading video). Overall a complete package for kids as well as adults. I went back to my childhood for some time.... Try it.

Visited first time. It’s bigger than in Gaur city mall but the play area is small. They charge ₹550 for 1 hr , it’s too much. Charging 500 for 60mins but quality is bad. Somethings are not working..trampoline is too small cannot fit more than 1 child. The slide has no stop and child could fall down easily with out any safety. Quite disappointed at the experience. My daughter said she did not have great time comparing to the price paid. I will it recommend 👎

Selection of toys is good, but could definitely be better. They sometimes play very loud music over there. Kind of being insensitive to the little ones' who visit the store! But there's no alternative as such nearby.

Fabulous atmosphere for kids. There is a wide range of toy collection (as expected) as well as a gaming area for kids to engage and have fun. Personally, very satisfying for me was the exchange of a baby shark that I had brought 4 months ago at terminal 3, Delhi airport. The defect was that there was no provision for replacing the batteries in the initial toy. I could replace it here without any hassle. I would like to specially thank Mr.Ashish (In-charge) for the help. I would definitely recommend the store for an enjoyable experience.

Loved the place, a great experience of toys, knowledge and fun together. Maze and Car racing are the special attractions of the place. Loads of new games to buy and to have hands on experience. Friendly staff and very cooperative with lot of patience. Appreciate the management for the best quality of toys provided since ages. Always a new feel and never bored to visit.

Great place for childrens

The place has been made so experiential for the visitors. It's an absolute fun to visit. You can try several games before you buy and the sections are well organized too. Also, if you do get time, try to go through their mirror maze - you won't regret it.

It is the biggest hamleys in India and it has a water play area, mirror maze, and remote control race car area. The maze is not too big but not too small as it is the biggest maze in India. Should visit once. Toys here are also completely amazing quality.

Hamleys as always is good. The play area is horrible. There is no staff in the area with the kids. Parents go in with kids. It is crowded to the point of being unsafe, unhealthy. It stinks. You can't wear shoes in the play area. So there are shoes scattered all around. Hamleys manager forgot to arrange for a place where kids and parents could take off shoes. The ball pit has very few balls that don't even provide one layer of balls on the floor. As a result many of balls are flat. Stay far away from Hamleys play area. Wonder why Hamleys hasn't fired the manager of this store yet.

A great place to shop for your little ones. There are loads of options available starting from soft toys to racing cars and many more.

Heavily priced! 100% prices should drop down. Otherwise great variety, spacious, helpful staff. I bought quite many cool activity kits from here ✨🌈

It's possibly the finest play area for toddlers in NCR. In terms of VFM, it's bang for your bucks. Highly recommended for kids and parents. Costs 400 for an hour and there are multiple activities where kids can have a blast
