We
booked
it
for
manali
and
kullu
tour
by
this
travel
agency.Before
reaching
Manali
driver
ask
us
to
pay
75
percent
of
total
booking
amount
,we
paid.
Driver
don't
cooperated
for
any
local
site
seen.
For
visiting
every
local
place
first
we
do
argument
with
driver
and
than
talk
to
agent..Driver
told
us
that
agent
don't
tell
him
to
visit
kullu
and
Kasol
so
he
refused
to
go
to
kullu
and
kasol
.After
many
conversation
with
agent
and
driver
he
ready
to
go
to
kullu
and
kasol
but
don't
go
for
Tosh
and
ask
to
pay
4000
extra
charge
from
Manikaran
Sahib
to
Tosh.we
paid
it
but
he
refused
to
go
to
Tosh
and
dropped
us
3
Km
before
Tosh.Our
trip
was
total
a
waste
of
money
due
to
that
driver.
When
we
were
returned
he
again
ask
to
pay
3000
at
Bhantur
than
we
refused
to
pay.
After
reaching
Kiratpur
Sahib
he
called
his
colleagues
and
force
us
to
pay
all
remaining
balance
which
is
only
6000.
Due
to
presence
of
female
member
with
us
and
for
security
reasons
we
paid
4000
that
time.
Driver
behavior
was
Very
rude
and
unprofessional
,the
travel
agent
also
responsible
for
this.
So
before
booking
any
travel
vehicle
from
this
agency
please
verify
that
driver
of
vehicle
is
professional
person.
