It was an amazing experience filled with joy in getting our bundle of joys delivered in Cloud9, Sector 14, Gurgaon. There was attention to details, doctor visits, dietician. Medical facility is good and the team of doctors have good experience and expertise. The nursing staff and domestic help was courteous and caring. I need to mention about the personalized support and care take by Cloud9 team led by Ashish Singh, he ensured timely support and assistance. I was happy that the team helped me celebrate my marriage anniversary in the hospital and arranged for a cake.

I went there for getting my vaccine done. Although waiting line was outside the premises but they had made some good arrangements of tent and cooler for the people in line. The staff outside was cordial too and helped in smooth vaccination.

We have been admitted to Cloudnine Sector 14 for delivery of my 2nd baby. Starting from booking, then on the day of admission, every admission process went Smooth and staff are supportive. Regarding, Baby delivery, All doctors and Nursing Staff were very supportive and Kind and informative. All housekeeping staff who are all attended were also polite and make our stay comfortable. Overall, it was happy and pleasant stay for complete duration.

First, don’t rely on these heavily bought reviews. This paid promotion continues inside the hospital on the big screen also where you would see how happy the patients had been. A parallel concept of a mall or showroom. Hospital is fast in services only for payments rest all is slow. Emergency service is non existent. Doctors cannot be contacted through messages and call. You may experience it at once because some people understand only from their own experience.

My experience has been awesome. The services have been very nice, everyone from the housekeeping to the nursing staff has been very kind and helpful. The doctors are amazing and give a lot of confidence and have a very positive attitude.We used to panic and would get depressed at times and that is when the immense support from the doctor and her team made us feel most comfortable. So our overall experience has been very good as we have always got all the care, attention and proper treatment at all time.

My baby has been delivered here and I can vouch that we have received the right and caring medical treatment under guidance of Dr. Ankita Wanchoo, Dr. Aamir and Dr. Rajesh Rathi. We had our baby girl delivered here and booked a super deluxe package in which Cloud nine sec 14 promised us for wow services which includes car decoration and when i left for my house I found that my car is having dirt n dust on it as they don't have a basement parking and no car decoration was done .It was very disheartening as these moments will not come back again. Even I got a confirmation from the hospital staff that car is decorated which was a huge lie and fraud or mismanagement from their staff. Don't trust the commitments given to you by Cloud Nine as far as wow services are concerned.

Overall good experience. The hospital staff is cooperative and caring which is required the most at this time. During the entire period we did not get any problem from the staff. Ventilation of the room is entirely dependent on the AC which does not work since in case of delivery temperature needs to be kept higher. This was our second baby and we trusted Dr. Amita Shah and Cloudnine hospital for the same.

Recently we were blessed with a baby boy. This review is for the hospital (not for Doctor Chetna Jain, I reviewed her separately with 5 stars). Firstly I want to thank the entire admin team for setting up a nice hospital facility with relevant services for expecting mothers. My experience revolves around Mr Ashish who is the admin lead for the hospital. It was due to his councelling and customer centric behaviour that we decided to take cloudnine services. At one point we were planning to leave the hospital (1st trimester) but as Dr Chetna Jain sits only here we wanted to keep engaging. But due to rude behaviour by an admin person we almost left. (I won't name her here as I got good service later). The day I met Mr Ashish and I realised why cloudnine is a leading brand in maternity hospital. He not only addressed all my concerns but made us feel completely relaxed and assured on all fronts. As a matter of fact same day I decided to take the delivery package from them. Another great person we met was Ms. Renuka Singh from admin team, she is a very humble person and helped us book the package and arranged a joint baby shower for all expecting mothers. Thank you Renuka Ji. Delivery experience( super deluxe room): The team was ready with the room, nicely done, neat and clean. Very capable doctors attended my wife and attendants were available as soon as we pressed the 'call' button. All nursing staff members were super diligent and trained. The staff attendants were caring and helpful all the time. Even their security staff is very helpfull and mindful to open door as soon as they see you carrying the new born. This is a true example of service with a purpose. Cleaning ladies were also very diligent and prompt. Overall 101 marks out of 100. Cafeteria staff was also very nice. Mr Asif helped us apply for birth certificate right there. Thank you Asif ji. Opportunity: The only thing that I would recommend is to upgrade the cafeteria. I saw staff members, dietician's and a few doctors eating there. It's not very comfortable and the spread is very very limited and ordinary. But as they have got space, they must build a nice cafeteria for staff and visitors. They must invest in this area as it will yield good ROI overall. Their staff members who eat there daily, certainly deserves better food in better cutlery and for visitors/attendants there shall be interesting food options. I have stayed in medanta as an attendant and their food preparation can beat fine dining restaurants. Overall 5/5 for medical service, treatment with empathy, infrastructure and execution excellence. Unfortunately my wife was admitted to sec 47 branch in jan( we live in sec 47) and the experience over there was very very bad. Keep up the good work Ashish and many thanks for all you/your team have done for us.

Cloudnine is the best hospital to enjoy your motherhood journey. The reception staff and the doctors are very supportive and helpful. They will guide you at each stage and are always available on chat 24*7. All the scans are very smooth and informative. They guide us during the complete scan process. The gynaec also guides us about what to eat and what not to eat, and how to maintain a healthy diet. They provide us with the best nutritional guide and makes sure we follow that. Dr. Chetna Jain is the best doctor available there. She never stresses us about anything and listens to all your queries very calmly and patiently. I would suggest cloudnine to everyone who are stepping into motherhood. Cloudnine also provides us with various informative webinars and they try their best to keep us informative about everything from pre-birth to post-birth. Looking forward to the best delivery experience. The hospital staff is very supportive and cooperative. Words will be less to appreciate this hospital. The nurses Jyoti, Reena, and others (I don’t remember the name), all were very supportive during my delivery and after also. They helped me a lot in my better recovery. Cloudnine sector 14 branch is real cheater. They are happy to misguiding their patience. I am facing so pathetic experience with them. On my first appointment the reception person confirmed me I have to pay 550/- only for my 2nd appointment but on my 2nd appointment they are charging 800/-

Not good experince at all at the time of admission doctor delayed the process as a result my baby suffered alot he consumed some waste and kept in nicu for 4 days total negligence they should have shown pro activeness not recommned this hospital at all.

Easy admission process. Cooperative staff. But the really hassle arrives at the time of payment. The commitment stands nowhere. If you have opted for a package of 1 Lakh, the initial estimate would be around 2 Lakh and you'd have to fight out to remove the items from bill which were earlier part of package or were promised to be given complimentary or have been added unnecessarily without prior information. I am at the hospital at the moment and battling it out.

Worst Hospital ever, they don't pay there vendors payment. We gave them laundry services and the bill amount is Rs 21214. Its more then 2 months and they are not clearing our bill. we have a small business but hospital is doing this with us especially at the time of covid when we are financially very down. We have shared our concern with everyone in the hospital but no one is resolving our problem.
