Nice Store in the Lingerie of Women in the Delhi the Capital of the India.They Sell the BRA , PANTY,Shapwear, Nightwear, Robes, Slips,At the Very Reasonable prices.The Bra they Sell are the Padded ,Non, Padded,Lacy, Printed,,Push -Up, Minimizer, T-shirt BRA, Sports Wear etc.The Panty they sell are the Bikini, Hipsters, Boyshorts,Things Etc.They sell the Nighties,Robes , Sleepwear etc.They sell the Saree Shapewear also at the Very Reasonable prices.

Staff is not supportive, at all, I got the opportunity to interact with two staff members one was good her name is shifali, but other staff named payal was not polite at all. She laughed at us while we were trying with outside staff. Also, didn't guide us well with products. She made us feel unwanted at the store. When I gave her the suggestion that she should not behave like this. She said there is a way to give feedback write there.

Although bras are good(expensive too), exchange policy is very hectic. Staff are not cooperative while exchange. They only exchange for size difference in the same product, I mean if u want another design they refuse to do so. Even after offering to buy costly bra she was not cooperative at all to exchange the cheap one. It took complete 1hr to convince her with the help of other customers. Being my first experience it was a bad one, not sure I'll go again or not. Zivame should provide better services to customers. Bras are not the stuff that u can compromise.

Rude staff. Don't know how to attend customer. It was not the same in starting. The girl who attended me on my first visit was good. Later, they changed the staff and appointed a rude and a super busy(just for showing) staff. Don't even wanna give 1 star to the store although the bras are good.

The store is selling at a higher price basically cheating customers. After contacting customer care I got to know that they only deal with online shopping queries not the store related queries. Basically there is no one who has answers regarding the price discrepancy between the website and store... Highly unprofessional, unethical practice... No one has the answer about it .. whether you call the customer care number or write a mail the response is same... I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from store... Better to buy online.... Really annoying experience..
