Facility is good, but they kill almost 3 hrs of patients just to see them. Everyone has to spend nearly 3 hrs just to see doctor. Doctor is free in the cabin, but they keep patients in waiting for almost 3 hrs. Even if you have just eye itching problem, you will have to wait for 3 hrs. So come here prepared with sleeping bag and food.

The staff is very cooperative and handle you very efficiently. The doctor (sarika) is very experienced and talk to you like a friend which make you comfortable even at the time of surgery. My overall experience is awesome and so my eye vision. In the end I just wanna to say thank you.... 😊

Loved the experience, had my fathers cataract surgery and process was smooth that included Mediclaim, info about lens. Staff helped us for the seem less cataract checkup and surgery. Go for it if it is nearby you.

I didmy father's cataract surgery (left eye). He had his right eye surgery two years back in Netralaya eye hospital in Guwahati,Assam, but it was not atall satisfactory and he faced many post surgery difficulties. So I researched and did his left eye cataract surgery here in Eye 7, Janakpuri,Delhi. He is satisfied. I m satisfied. The surgery was satisfying. M happy. Worst hospital I had ever seen. My appointment was at 1:15 and I was on time. But after making file, they took about 5 hrs to process. Even after that the doctor did not see me, only saw my file and told me about the operation. Apart from this, the attitude of the staff was also excellent, badge the dress how I can help you, but even when asked for help, do not turn back. In this hospital, I was not see a doctor, but a businessman and some investment. This hospital does not deserve even 1 rating, but off course its Google policy.

One of most wrost experienced of my life....doctor Suman was immature and rude. She was very inexperienced and lack of understanding of human nature ... She not able to understand what is cause of disease... She is incapable doctor and just woking for money... In last she told me she will not able to answer my questions and her senior doctor will check.... Again we bad experience and incapable doctor.

I have been suffering from eye infection for last 15 days, initially I visited one I care which is in janak puri where I have been visiting for last two years but this time they were clueless about my infection and after applying their medicine and drops My eye pain was remain and inflation was increasing everyday. Later I came here in eye7 and doctor told me the reason of this infection and inflation. I got the relief immediately and after using eye drops recommended by Dr Suman Grover I eyes started recovering. Pain was gone and vision is going better daily. Doctor here is highly experienced and did a miracle for me.

The waiting time sucks here. For a normal check up or test they will take 2 hours time. And there’s no proper guidance/communication to know the procedure.
