Lovely everything! Including the food, ambience and service! The food was really delicious!

Music was great, and decor too. Food was delicious specially pizza and pasta. I love the way they served LIIT. Loved the vibe of cafe. Must visit cafe.

Smoke factory will definitely satisfy the good food lovers who would like to have it in some heavy music background and a lavish lounge. Loved the place, their food and service. Check out the pics I have added to have an idea of this place. Food portion is less, but I think no one will expect them to serve large portions. No problems to go with family.

Situated inside Gaur City Mall, The place is awesome. Excellent seating and ambience. DJ 🩰 start from 10 PM onwards. They offer a very large variety of foods . Food quantity and taste are excellent. 🍕 🍔 🍟 Huge variety of liquor 🥃🍸. But the prices are on higher side

The place is huge. Food - mind blowing. Music is good and there's space to jive if that's your thing. I had the best pizza of my life till now. Incase you eat meat, go for the non-veg overloaded pizza. It's a flatbread 12" with hidden flavorings that will keep your taste buds busy throughout. I had also ordered peri peri wings and those were super amazing too. Crunchy and juicy big 8 pieces. Clearly the best fried wings so far! It's inside the mall, 3rd floor. Definitely added to the places I must revisit soon.

Amazing place in Gaur City Mall for a pub-like experience. Had a chicken tikka pizza and a can of beer. The pizza was served with a large, thin crust. It was very delicious, and I really liked the preparation of the crust, as it was not doughy, which amplified the taste of the toppings. The toppings was well prepared, and the chicken was properly marinated and added to the pizza. Apart from this, the ambience was really good and soothing. Also, they have an outdoor setting as well, like in a balcony. All in all, a wonderful experience for me. I recommend to go and enjoy yourselves here.

It costs around 1.5-2.5k for 2 pax for a lunch. The food quality is great and the ambience also is good. They have Indoor and Outdoor sitting, only a few restaurants have this at Gaur City Mall. The waiting time is also not too much, its easy to get a seat with a good and photogenic background. They have some very unique paintings on the walls and even some funny ones in the washroom, so dont miss them.

Food quality is best.. u cn go there enjoy ur food .. i like dis place.. evn manager give us discount 😆. Portion is less but with beer is enough.. nice food nice atmosphere..staff is great.. i m surely visit next time..

Eye catching ambience, spacious area. The vibes are so soothing and elegant. You can enjoy only by sitting there, the music will also help doing so. The food is undoubtedly tasty and quantity is also good but this taste comes with a good cost too. Prefer going here only if you have a nice budget and enough money to spare. Don't forget to have a photo clicked by the photographer.

Food and alcohol 👌👌 Although including Irish whiskey could've been quite better (coz I prefer Irish drinks 🤣). Talking about price, it's a bit expensive. And the same service charge issue persists 🤣, even though they've already mentioned outside on a white board that they gonna levy a 10% service charge. So, the final bill, after adding the service charge, can put a hole in your pocket.

Good pasta, drinks were nice. Slow service but courteous staff. Almost empty in afternoon. Overall a good place to hang out.

The first thing you notice about this place is the ambience. Dark lighting goes apt with the music. The range of cocktails and mocktails will definitely make your evening. The appetizers are great though main course I feel is a bit restricted. Anyways the dishes they offer are really tasty and worth trying

The services was good my yesterday experience could have been more better however the receptionist made this experience worst, in the beginning she said Sir we do not allow stag entry however after one of my friend asked the same thing like after a hour later when the live show was ended so she literally allowed us to be inside just because the crowd was gone, no doubt you guys gives us good food but please look into the service too.

The food,ambience, drink... Everything is amazing

Denied table reservation by Zomato, way too loud music, couldn't talk when walked inside. The smoke factory at Garden Galleria is a much better place! Also, this one at Gaur City Mall closes early at 10:30 PM.

Food could have been better but the ambience is nice. If you like a place with outdoor seating then you must go. But don't expect to have good food and good ambience both together.

The place was good to have a private party (birthday/kitty). The service and starters were good, however the main course (buffet) was not up to the mark.

Great Ambience and variety of choice of drinks and mouth watering snacks. The staff is very courteous and highly professional. The seating is indoor as well as outdoor. Those who prefer to smoke can prefer outdoor seating, though in summer it's not advisable. The area is kept sanitised and tidy. Overall, a great place to party with friends and family.

It was good as expected from a lounge. Ambiance is kind of similar to Garden Galleria mall in sec 18. Good extensive menu of starters & drinks list. Drinks could be on expensive side so be prepared. Dance area is little smaller for dancing & corporate parties. If u wanna sit & relax then it’s good but not for an DJ event.

The food portion was very low. Served items were not at all satisfactory. Drinks taste was also not good.

It's good If you have a good budget 5000-10000/- for a group of 4 booz+ food. Avoid Main course.

On a Tuesday, the place was empty except for 3-4 tables covered. Maybe due to the location. Positives: Good food, reasonably priced. Negatives: Very slow service, choice of drinks not available. Sceptical about online offers running, and wouldn't allow you to book online rather give direct discounts on the bill. Overall a good experience.
