It was completely a very very BAD experience of sendbestgift with false promises and excuses . One birthday cake ordered reached on second day that too at end of day which kept no meaning and emotions. The second gift item was still in process and they optioned for refund again a failure. After paying a handsome delivery charge we should never suggest such services . It was most hectic follow up with sendbestgift .Not recommended

I had ordered flowers, but it was said that delivery of flowers is not possible. And I have 899 Rs. Paid flowers and 249 delivery charges, Total 1148 Rs. paid, Flower delivery is not possible so I ordered cake instead of flower I also called and requested and told that the cake will be small but it should be good ,When I talked to customer care and he himself said ok, will give 1/2 kg cake and send chocolate , I said ok but i received 1kg cake which was unclean, i'm very disappointed So whatever you order from here do it wisely. It happens that what is seen on the website is not actually there. Very poor service👎

Dear Sendbestgift, I'm exhausted of checking with your customer supporting team about my order. My order is SBG10026818 which was placed on 7th Oct and was planned to be delivered on 09th Oct. I even had to pay an extra fee for fixed time delivery (250 rupee)- by 9.30am to 10.30am. But it did not reach on time and i needed to call/ talk with your team to check but there was no clear explaination about the delay. I feel i made a mistake by using your service. Giving one star is also more for this site. Let’s begin I ordered mottichur laddu 1kg with price of Rs.1099 and will share the picture too. The delivery guy hanging the sweet bag on sideways when he delivered as my uncle opened the box i felt so embarrassing because majority pieces are broken and on one another. (Also got email from support team as a proof). I will get same sweet in Rs.250-300 but i paid Rs.1099 just to get in nice way because that’s not for me its gift. That’s all i suggest they just making money and people fool. Always do online shopping as this time i observed this is worst site ever. Thanks in advance customers if you may or may not making mind.

Very poor quality of all items delivered. I had ordered cake , flowers and nuts. The cake was nothing like the display pic and they didn't write what I had specified, The flowers were pathetic and not worth the INR 3099 and the nut were not as per display pic and were bundled up. My total order worth INR 5946 was not at all the money worth. Extremely disappointed. Order Ref # SBG10021363 made on 20th May 2022. Worse their website doesnt allow to put the review, hence I highly doubt the credibility of those reviews since it didnt allow me to post a review there and hence I have to submit a review here.
