Nice Collection in the Lingerie of the Ladies at Delhi.

I saw a variety of products on their website, but was disappointed when it wasn't the same case, when i visited the store. The staff is nice and polite. The changing room was clean, well lit and ventilated and moreover felt safe.

The workers keep on selling the products, they keep on asking to buy more and more products even after saying No ten times. They’ll say that the your size isn’t available in normal bra which you usually buy, and then this. The new staff isn’t that good

Making fool of PPL they never tell u about discounts and gives u foolish club offers on the products available online on 50% discounts. When I called to return my purchase as I saw online discount on same product they call me all the way to store then said we won't return ur money take our coupon and redeem here within a time limit . My suggestion Don't ever visit this store. All the positive reviews are fake here . Staff is polite that's true.

This is actually a good quality lingerie store . The staff girls are helpful and kind . Loved it .

Very poor and childish staff… they make you fool. They forcefully gave me extra product without even asking me and I did not took it. Just because it was expensive they gave it to me. This is not the way to sell your products. I want my refund. But they adjusted amount and gave me different products but did not disclose the offer. Staff was polite and helpful.

Worst experience..... Before visiting I called them up...shared the pic of the article on the mobile no. Provided by the staff....received a return msg from them that we have this product ...also I spoke on call and they confirmed that we have the peach colour...I asked them again to reconfirm and told them Pls check properly as I have to specially come to pick that product only...and the store is 10 kms far off from my place...they again re- confirmed that it is available...and other colors if you want then we can check and arrange in 2-3 days for which they told me that they will check and confirm. When I went to the store to pick that article that they confirmed on call as well as what's app that it is available....they said that no it is not there...we were talking about some other article...and we did not say peach colour ...we said light purple... I have the call recording also of this complete call... But such an irresponsible attitude of the staff....pls don't visit and never trust there words...they lie.

I had worst experience with zivame pitampura store. Staff was not good service was not good. I bought bra on there store they gave me bigger size and i go back after 1 month to change size and there staff nd manager refused to change. Fresh ka artical koi bhi change krta hai… and then i want my money back they also refused for my money back. I never experienced this before in my entire life
