nice hotel for corporate stay, decent sized room, quick room service, limited food menu but worth trying

I don't understand who are these people who have given 5 ratings nd 4ratings. I literally ask these people..wud you take ur family ur mom dad or partner to these places...where rooms seems as if it's a miniature of a hotel room, the cupboards, lawns...bathrooms.....are dirty like hell. I would never recommend anyone to visit these places.

I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Specially Thank to the manager Mr. Rohit Solanki. Will recommend to my colleagues!

Finally I found a best family hotel Bell staff was excellent - *_Rahul_* made everything go smoothly when we arrived and departed. Concierge service was excellent - *_Harish_* was very helpful in making several reservations for us. Food at lunch was great. Selection and quality was very much appreciated. (The staff) is one of best parts of staying at the Hotel VACANZA. Everyone is very thoughtful and caring to insure that you are enjoying your stay

Worst experience. Hotel is not up to the mark. We friends were there for get together but the room was in a bad condition and staff behaviour too. First they will discount the price to attract customer and after paying will allot you the room without basic things. Just ignoring the customer satisfaction. Will not recommend it. You can go any other hotel in this price.

executive room was the best, perfect bird's eye view of noida city from room 410, visited with son, amazing hotel, nice and clean rooms and washrooms, best for stay near amity or hcl

rooms were clean and well managed, polite staff even at 4:00am, decent quality food and room at great prices

I stayed in this hotel on 4 Sep 22. Bathroom was in a very filthy condition, wash basin drain was collected in a bucket. Despite of repeated reminders, no one came to empty the bucket, lastly I had to clean wash basin drain water. No bucket was provided for bathroom, TV was non operational. They took 300 extra for providing mattress for third guest, but it was not provided. I don't recommend this hotel at all

It was good in proximity of HCL and Amity, however no one cares of guests there. Room was small and in good condition, washrooms are in too bad condition, lack of maintenance. All you getting there is very basic amenities.

Bad service, no prompt response. No Bills for food. Also, they don't provide a detailed bill on your checkout, They don't mention the FOOD in that so please keep in this mind if you need all the bills for this.

I would give negative rating if it was possible. I lost my cash in the hotel. So I had a very bad experience. Hotel locality is also not good place. Anyone visiting the hotel will eventually will understand.

Based on the price, I would say the hotel was not upto the mark. The blankets were not washed properly, I had to use my own blanket and the bathroom condition was filthy. Room service is also not quite good as I ordered food which came after 2 hrs with multiple calls at the reception to remind them of the order. Staff is quite friendly but the locality of the hotel is not too great as well.

Worst service by staff and rooms also not clean, towels, bathroom totally unclean.... don't waste your money and time here
