Worst material toys, don't purchase anything from here as i purchase the tricycke from here and on the very first day it got broken, and these guys says that its your son who broke it and my my son became 1yr old on 14th of Feb 2019... dont waste your time here instead look for better options in Chandigarh also the staff is not very well behaved...docs and pictures of faulty trycycle are attached as well

Sandeep is unprofessional person one who is sitting in cash counter. I asked him few questions. He replied me with arrogant way. Also price is very high. I wouldn't recommend Rama stores.

Good store for kids toys, Cycles, scooters, electric small cars, jeeps and Kids Clothing and Fashion. Good options for Birthday dresses for kids. Very good variety and proces are ok. Some time negotiable too... Toys prices seem to be on higher side.

The store has variety of items. The staff is somewhat not welcoming. The guy with almost no hair on head was rude and on your head all the time not giving you space.

Employees has touched the heights of Batmeeze. I asked Sales Men Suggest me something for new born baby. He said New born keh liye kya he Deh du. I said you should know what people buy for new born babies. he said udar jake kapde leh lo fir. When I complained same thing to manager he has nothing to say.

Rama store is a good store in tri-city if you want to shop for kids . It has a vast collection of things related to toddlers.

All battery operated products are defective, first time I tried to replace the defective product, after checking they said lot is defective and on the name of replacing they started arguing and gave me another product and ask to pay more money, after all of that I again recieved the defective product. Finnaly I had no patience to go back there and arguing half an hour to get it replaced so I decided not to visit again as well as give my review against it. ⚠️BEWARE⚠️

I've bought a kid scooter from this store. There is great variety of toys available for kids. Now one can buy kids clothes too. Mean to say kids related most of things you can buy from here. Staff is quite helpful. Customer may feel that price is bit high but one can expect high quality product in return.
