I had an entire 6p. room for myself. Shower was good. Free and fast wifi, plenty of power outlets. And there is a broad choice of breakfast. Washer and dryer are just around the corner. Not too far from the train station. Overall good.

During my stay at Hostel Groenighe , I was taken in last min by a reception of kind faces . Being an International Athlete from South Africa . The overall vibe from the whole hostel left me with the only purpose to give the Hostel 5 Stars . This being the first hostel I’ve ever stayed at , it set a standard for every other place I would travel to for competition. The breakfast was good enough for the price paid for the day. The rooms were spacious and clean and I appreciated the overall hygiene standard kept in the hostel. A special thank you to Mona , one of the best staff members I’ve encountered during my stay in Europe. The hospitality and friendly nature emitted from her left a good image of how foreigners are meant to be treated . Overall , every other staff member assisted me in tending to my requests. Thank you for the hospitable stay Hostel Groenighe . I look forward to coming back here next year and would recommend it to anyone else looking for a central and convenient hostel in Kortrijik.

Overall it's one of the best hostels I visited. While the price is a bit higher than some others, it's definitely worth it. The rooms are big and spacious and the 2 windows in every room open wide for ventilation. There's even great air conditioning in the room. The cafeteria was huge and beautiful, and the buffet had quite a large variety. The outside backyard area was also enormous, and they provided toys to play with. Definitely quite the treatment for such a low price.

Central town location, walk to town centre/high street in 5 minutes. Staffs are all friendly, however very least contact maybe because we didn't need much😅, and they aren't onsite 24/7. Room is very basic setting, two beds, two chairs and one small square table, no more than these, simple however clean 👍.

I was warmly welcomed by the Hostel host Senne, who was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and bright. I lost my card key and was promptly raken care of by the amazing staff.

We were on a cycle holiday and hostel let us keep our bikes indoors which was really helpful.

Rooms not at all built for audio dampening, regardless whether it's a matter of indoor audio penetration or street & rail noise coming from the outside. There should also be nightlight options available. Apart from that, it's a great place. Very nice people. Perfect for various team tours, including trekking and roadbike cycling to Roubaix etc.

Wonderfully modern hostel. I stayed here for 7 days. Yes, 7 days in Kortrijk. One day we went to Ghent and realised that we should have stayed in Ghent, but that’s not the fault of this hostel. Great breakfast and nice little bar. We had bikes and were allowed to keep them in the room. Would happily return but we’ll be staying in Ghent next time, but again that’s not the fault of the hostel. Also worth checking out Brother Isiodore’s grotto which is at the back of the hostel.

Wasn't too crowded when I visited, so it was very nice and calm. Everything in the shared room was great, quite spacious, internet was great (on phone wifi ~220Mbit/s download, ~28Mbit/s upload), breakfast was great!
