Staff is so busy & rude..! Their saloon team thinks like they are the owner of the shop & have all the authority to reject & accept customer request..! Better visit a normal or regular saloon shop rather visiting this place.

I had HD makeup No doubt it was good. But aftet few hours, it became patchy. It was not at all Natural. Secondly, hairdo was great. Hair bun was actually good. But i wanted to request to salon that please use good hair spray as when i comb my hair very gently, lot of hair fall i encountered. If after makeup effect was not there, then i would have given it undoubtedly 5.

I had an amazing experience throughout. They listen to ur queries and deals accordingly which is very important🙂, extremely professional and humble staff. They have solution to your every hair problem. Must visit !

Worst salon I ever visited for makeup. Doesn’t no how to makeup at all. Their makeup artist (Chaya) just put everything on face and blend it out. No skin prep, no makeup fixers. My face looked as I have used aata on my face. No customer’s satisfaction at all.

Make-up was fine. Hairdo was good. The staff's major focus was on the discussion of their internal issue so first, they forgot to put the hair spray. After asking for the same they didn't apply the spray properly which resulted in the opening of the curls too soon. Most important issue, they draped the saree in the worst way possible, and the excuse that was given to me (pleats ghar jaakr paper lagakar iron karlo set go jaengi). Guys seriously??? Mai ye sab ghar par kar leti to tmhre yha kyuu aai thi??

I like the service.everything they have pretty hair accessories, quick service n professional staff.she did my hair do.it was amazing,and i m sure next time I ll come for full service with makeup thanks grandeur..for the lovely looks.

I went to Grandeur Salon to get nail extensions and I had such a bad experience.Within a week, those nails started coming out and when I went to the salon to get them removed after being upset with them.,And in the process of taking off those nails, the lady staff there filed my nails so much that I am having a lot of trouble with them.i would never suggest anyone to opt Grandeur Salon for nail extensions,pathetic experience.

I went to Grandeur for a haircut and that guy was so rude. He was actually pulling my hair the whole time, it was so painful. Even after asking him to be gentle, he kept on hurting(pulling my hair) me and later my hair roots were aching for almost 3 days. I've never been to a salon where the staff takes out their frustration/anger on the customers. I would never recommend anybody to go there.
