Yoga Sadhna Kendra is a good place for Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, Yoga and all sorts of things. The place has been renovated last month that is July,2022 and has been fully functional since then with well equipped machines. They have the city’s first and most advanced gastro machines. I loved the place.

Very nice place to get refreshed and remove toxins from the body through natural therapies. The popular massage package includes oil massage,hot and cold treatment for stomach,enema and hot steam bath for just ₹300.

Services offered: Anaema, Steam, कटि स्नान (Idk english Translation) रीढ़ स्नान ठण्डा स्नान/गरम स्नान दमा बाथ Charges per day: Rs.300/- For 15 days: Rs. 4000/- For 30 days: Rs.7500/- Timings: 7 to 11am and then 3 to 4pm. Also yoga centre and hall: charges Rs.200/- per month per person.

Organised pranayam, massage, body treatment using water(steam bath) , hot and cold mud treatment, ('kati bath'), wax bath, and a reasonable gym with basic equipment for exercises. This functions both as OPD and residential or as indoor participant. Naturopathy qualified doctor is present gives advice for diet or pain related problems. Specific massage for areas with chronic pain is also given. The rates are very very reasonable, ₹300/- per day for OPD. I know many people who have greatly benefited from this programme. Have faith and it will do wonders for you. If nothing else the professional massage will lift you up.

Regarding Shirodhara specially - not any proper methodology/hygeine,cleanliness they follow, Within 30 minutes they finish whole Shirodhara therapy, Pathetic and monopoly type ill managed system

You can have a good oil massage for 1 hour along with steam and other naturotherapy treatments. Seperate massage rooms for males and females are there. Also, two yoga batches run in the morning with sunday off. A Park has come up with walking track alongwith outsoor gym is coming soon.

Facilities are very less ..no proper cleaning and there is no arrangemant for mosquitoes and flies
