I recently had a disappointing experience staying at Hotel Karnal Inn, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. From the moment I arrived, I encountered several issues that left me thoroughly dissatisfied. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was severely lacking. The lobby area appeared dusty and unkempt, and the overall hygiene standards were questionable. The room I was assigned to was no better. The linens were stained and worn out, and the bathroom was dirty with moldy grout and a lingering unpleasant odor. The customer service at Hotel Karnal Inn was another major letdown. The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional. They showed a lack of attentiveness and failed to address my concerns promptly. Simple requests, such as additional towels or room service, were met with excuses. The overall attitude of the staff was disappointing and did not make me feel valued as a guest. Another major issue was the noise level within the hotel. The walls were thin, and I could hear every sound from neighboring rooms and the hallway. This lack of soundproofing resulted in a constant disturbance throughout my stay, making it difficult to rest or concentrate. In terms of value for money, Hotel Karnal Inn fell short. The rates charged were not justified by the subpar quality of the accommodation and services provided. Considering the cleanliness issues, lack of proper amenities, and poor customer service, the price was simply too high for what was offered. Overall, my experience at Hotel Karnal Inn was highly unsatisfactory. The lack of cleanliness, unprofessional staff, inadequate amenities, and poor value for money make it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to anyone. I believe there are far better options available in Karnal that provide superior accommodation and a more pleasant stay.

1. If you want bill, first confirm the total amount. 2. Do not pay advance payment at all. 3. Room service is zero. 4. Better stay in Dharamshala than this hotel.

Had a great stay at very reasonable price. Owner offers the best possible customer service to its customers. Must stay if visiting karnal.

it's.a good place to stay and spend time rooms and washrooms are really clean there is just one issue of parking space as they do help in managing that but there is no safety of the car

Worst hotel I have ever see. No car parking- this hotel is located at the worst crowded place. You'll have to park your vehicle in small streets if you are lucky to find the space Hotel room- for Rs. 1200, they offered us a room just beside the reception and it was so small. There was hardly any space to walk with a bed in the room. The toilet seat had urine all over it. The owner took this so lightly and stopped taking our calls after we complaint. Hotel service- they took the advance from us. And refused to return it after all this.

Very pathetic experience, their behaviour fully changed before booking and after booking by staffs and owner too, i’ve gone there before a week with my family from chandigarh to a marriage and firstly they gave me dirty room and at last they were shouting for extra cash.

The room was very pleasent, cozy and had the amenities we needed, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

The behaviour of the staff is very good ,room service was superb,and is available 24/7,prices were amazing too,as I am a student and it was affordable but yeah location is like a little hard,but if you are a teenager than it's totally easy to find,so yeah I will recommend it for sure!!🍁 make sure to check it out..(I really loved the hospitality there btw)
