Lovely peaceful place to come and enjoy the quiet. There are historical signs around and some very beautiful, touching gravestones. There are benches to sit. There is a lovely variety of plant species and it's very green. Beautiful relaxing spot with good historical significance.
So disappointed that the cemetery was closed. We visited on a Sunday in February and wanted to pay our respects. From the pathway it looked a well kept and peaceful spot.
Really thought provoking and sometimes very sad reading the headstones. A reminder of times when life was much harder and of some of those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Let's hope it wasn't in vain.
Really well designed and maintained graveyard steeped in history. Quiet, relaxing, not crowded at all. Good place to wander. Free to enter
Nice place. Relaxing and out of the way. Well maintained and pretty flowers. Some good history inside too.
