Went into the shop today to have a look at some watches and came out with one perfect to what I wanted. From entering the shop the service was fantastic and the gentleman who served me was brilliant. Polite, patient and willing to take the time to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend Prestige Jewellers and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Prestige Jewellers offers a great selection of fine watches, but that’s not the primary reason I keep returning to purchase my timepieces here. What truly sets this store apart is the exceptional service, led by Archie. His outstanding care, attention to detail, and expert recommendations make every visit a remarkable experience. While many watch retailers across Europe - especially in the UK - may rival Prestige Jewellers in selection, none have matched the level of customer service I’ve received here. Archie’s dedication and expertise make all the difference, turning every visit into an enjoyable and personalized experience.

This is the second time I have used Prestige Jewellers because the first time was such a positive and personal experience! On both occasions, Archie was a brilliant help. His product knowledge was great and he was not at all pushy when I showed interest in particular items. Ultimately, this led to me buying the ideal watch for me and then a second for my partner. If I buy another watch in the future, I will not waste time shopping around but will go straight back to Prestige. Thank you.

Totally professional from start to finish. After leaving Gibraltar we noticed a problem with a purchase we had made and Archie dealt with us perfectly to resolve the issue. In almost all purchases from any shop or seller there will never be a problem but on the very rare occasion when there is, how things are resolved is a true mark of the quality of the business. Visited this store whilst on a short break in Gibraltar. Archie and Kamal.were a pleasure to deal with, friendly with no pressure and a wealth of knowledge. Unfortunately at the time of my visit the Grand.Seiko model I wanted was.not in stock, by sheer luck it arrived on the day I was coming home. They contacted me to let me know it was In and then went out of their way to get the piece to me before I left. It was an unbelievable effort made by them and top class customer service, will definitely go to them again for my next watch.

Archie and Kamal are two very welcoming and knowledgeable people who take their time in discussing the array of watches on offer at Prestige Jewelers. I was very unsure about which watch to purchase and after scouring the web, it wasn’t until I had a proper conversation with them that I found my watch. I cannot be happier with my Hamilton Khaki field watch! I cannot recommend this shop enough. If you are in search of a new watch, I highly recommend you go see them first.
