From the care in the clinic, they explain absolutely everything and give you truly unbeatable treatment. My medical advisor called me and explained my simulation and treatment plan, everything was great and I accepted it immediately. A few days later a patient service agent called me and explained my IPR appointments and how to use the application. The app is super easy to use and from there you can request the corresponding appointments, contact patient service through the chat and even in the photos you take you can put comments if something is wrong and they will respond to you in a moment.

I felt that the whole process was very rushed when they tried to sell me the product via the phone. Then midway through my treatment the dentist had to cut space through my teeth and those gaps have still not closed despite finishing the treatment. I cannot seem to get a response from Dr Smile although the dentist here has been very helpful.

I'm sorry to have to post this note but something similar happened to me as to another person who posted a review (Lisa Steingold). It turns out that I made an appointment to have an IPR done according to what Dr Smile's treatment indicated. The fact is that, just like what happened to this user, my teeth did not close as the simulation indicated (I went about 5 months ago) so they had to put new splints on me for another 4 months! I believe that they cut more of my tooth than was stipulated, which is why I had to continue with the treatment. On the other hand, they were very polite but they did not carry out the IPR step correctly and this has caused me to continue with the treatment today when it should have already finished.

I'm traveling and I came for an emergency. Dr. Aída has treated me in an unbeatable way: kindness, detailed explanation, patience and professionalism. He has given me a small intervention to get out of trouble since I live abroad, which has perfectly solved my inconvenience for the trip. Not interested at all.
