😠 Disgustingly overpriced. Since they won't post prices, I will. Office visit: $99 Yellow Fever vaccine: $374 (should be well under $200) Typhoid Fever vaccine: $218 Tetanus booster: $142 They don't tell you pricing until after you owe them a $100 "office visit" fee. This is beyond disgusting. I'm t... People often mention travel, time, nurse, vaccines, Passport, appointment, needed, great, health, trip,

Everyone involved in this scam business should be ashamed of themselves.

Scheduling a trip with family to Kenya, Africa. I used PassportHealth (Tempe, AZ) to get all of my vaccinations (6 of them). Nurse Rqcquel was so helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable of the policies, procedures, weather, what to pack, what to eat and drink, and what not to eat and drink in Kenya. How to prevent from getting sick, and if I did get sick, then what to do. I recommend Rqcquel with Passport Health in Tempe, AZ with all your out of the country travels Telleann

So today was one of those hectic days where you find out at the last minute you need shot to travel the following day. After making the reservation this amazing nurse by the Name of Ruth really stepped up. Noticing an issue with my schedule and the timing Ruth reached out to assist me. Although it took several phone calls to actually chat, we finally did and wow, she was so helpful and kind. She rearranged my appointment to another location and really set things in motion for me. She reached out to that facility and explained to the Nurse Raquel what I needed. This was way above and beyond the scope. It was flawless. When I arrived at the Tempe location, I walked in and the was another amazing Nurse who met me by name and immediately explained the process. Her kindness was unreal. What an amazing and sweetheart of a lady. After explaining what I could do shot wise and explaining the process, we got started. She sat me down in the chair of pain and believe it or not I never felt a thing. Raquel knows her stuff. I’m so glad I got th chance to meet both of these amazing ladies. Then to my surprise was Amy the nurse practitioner. She interviewed me explained what I need to due with the medications and before I knew it it was over. Wow thank you Amy- awesome job and you are amazing. Now let’s get back to Ruth. My new favorite person. If you recall I mentioned she went above and beyond taking care of my needs as a customer. Well this awesome amazing lady checked in on me several times. Via text. I can’t thank her enough for being a great nurse and kind human being and for being Ruth. My experience was outstanding at Passport Health Scottsdale and Tempe in Arizona. Thank you all for making this an excellant and easy experience. Ruth, Raquel and Amy you ladies rule. Thank you all

I had the pleasure of visiting your travel health clinic with my family of four recently and I must say, the overall experience was extremely positive. The clinic technician/nurse that we worked with the entire time was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome and took the time to understand our specific travel plans and requirements. Throughout our appointment, she provided us with all of the details we were looking for, plus more we didn't even know we needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and presented the information in an easy to interpret way. She was also great at explaining things in layman's terms, which made us feel more confident in our decisions and actions. The actual experience at the clinic was lengthy, but well worth it. The nurse was very thorough in her assessments and made sure that we were up-to-date with all of the necessary vaccinations and health recommendations for our destination. She even took the time to educate us on local customs and cultural differences that we should be aware of. One of the most impressive aspects of our visit was the attention to detail and the level of care that we received. The nurse made sure that we had all of the necessary documents, prescriptions and travel advice that we needed before leaving the clinic. This gave us peace of mind and made us feel more confident in our upcoming travels. Throughout our visit, we felt safe and secure knowing that we were in the hands of a qualified and experienced healthcare professional. The nurse was also great at providing advice and tips on how to stay healthy and safe while traveling. The only criticism I have is that the location of the clinic was difficult to find. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the high-quality service and care that we received. Overall, I would highly recommend this travel health clinic to anyone planning a trip overseas. The nurse that we worked with was truly exceptional, and we left feeling confident and prepared for our upcoming travels.

Not recommended for COVID-19 RT PCR tests for travel. - My family and I needed to get RT-PCR tests for travel overseas. - The requirement was for our tests to be done within 72 hours of arrival in our destination. - we signed up at this place, to get the RT-PCR done, they claimed results will be sent within 72 hours. - Upon reaching the place, we were surprised that we had to sign waivers incase the tests take more than 72 hours to be dispatched. - This place just collects samples and sends them to labs in the AZ area. - Nevertheless we decided to go ahead with the RT-PCr, since we thought we had no other options. - The test was done, one of the travelers got the result in 24 hours, the other 2 did not get it for 48 hours. - This got me worried, luckily we found another place in Scottsdale, AZ that does same day RT-PCR which had the lab on site and we got our same day RT-PCR done there got the results in the same day, and got on with our lives. (Even though same day testing was a few dollars more, I highly recommend that approach for people, who have to travel overseas, especially those on a time crunch.) - The test results eventually came from Passport Health at exactly the 75th hour. By then we already had filled out paperwork with the government that needed negative tests and embarked on our flights out of the US. - Had we waited on Passport health till the 75th hour, we would not have been able to board our flights, we may have been stranded in the US, leading to issues with travel and future travel into the US. - So word of advice for those planning to do RT-PCR, tests with limited time windows, when test results, are valid. Is to go anywhere else, but to Passport health, find a place in AZ, like the one we found in Scottsdale that offers same day RT-PCR results, get it done. It might cost a little more, but is guaranteed to be available on time, on hand. Passport Health delivers but unfortunately at the last hour. Therefore, I cannot recommend this place for results, if exact time requirements and windows when tests are valid is a constraint. Which seems to be the norm during these COVID-19 times.

Súper knowledgeable, even about vaccines Iam not getting from PH. Raquel was well informed about where Iam going and the risks therein. Super helpful. I will use PH, if possible, for information where Iam gong in the future, even if not purchasing vaccines.

Wow! Kim was so knowledgeable and passionate about health and travel. She answered ALL of my family's questions about our future trip to Africa and what to expect. She is an amazing nurse! I have had a lot of shots in my life and she is, by far, the best at administering them! Not even a pinch! Highly recommended you book your appointment with Kim. :)

I'd like to share that Jolene the travel RN was superb!! I remembered her a coworker in the past. As usual she's very thorough and very knowledgeable. She was gentle when she gave me my shot, she made sure that I got everything I need to know about Guatemala and the things I need to have prior to my trip. I am so glad I made an appointment with Passport Health. I was very satisfied with the overall service.

I have to leave a 5 star review even though I didn't receive vaccines from them because I had made an appointment for my son, and it turns out he wasn't eligible to get any of the vaccines I wanted for him. Instead of letting me drive there and waste my time and money, they called me to let me know, and took their time to explain why and what we could do instead. Then they cancelled our appointment for us without charging us for anything. Thanks Nicole!

First time I went in was great. Friendly and professional service and they laid out what I needed to go to Brazil. However, I just came in for this appointment which was my second dose of hepatitis A, and was told I need to pay for the second dose. I was told when I paid the first time what I was paying upfront covered my series of Hep A and I would just need to come in and get my second shot. Decided to just leave since I am not going to pay extra now for something I was told was covered when I agreed to pay for the services the first time. Just checked my paperwork when I got home and when they highlighted what was covered it also clearly states both doses.
