Not
recommended
for
COVID-19
RT
PCR
tests
for
travel.
-
My
family
and
I
needed
to
get
RT-PCR
tests
for
travel
overseas.
-
The
requirement
was
for
our
tests
to
be
done
within
72
hours
of
arrival
in
our
destination.
-
we
signed
up
at
this
place,
to
get
the
RT-PCR
done,
they
claimed
results
will
be
sent
within
72
hours.
-
Upon
reaching
the
place,
we
were
surprised
that
we
had
to
sign
waivers
incase
the
tests
take
more
than
72
hours
to
be
dispatched.
-
This
place
just
collects
samples
and
sends
them
to
labs
in
the
AZ
area.
-
Nevertheless
we
decided
to
go
ahead
with
the
RT-PCr,
since
we
thought
we
had
no
other
options.
-
The
test
was
done,
one
of
the
travelers
got
the
result
in
24
hours,
the
other
2
did
not
get
it
for
48
hours.
-
This
got
me
worried,
luckily
we
found
another
place
in
Scottsdale,
AZ
that
does
same
day
RT-PCR
which
had
the
lab
on
site
and
we
got
our
same
day
RT-PCR
done
there
got
the
results
in
the
same
day,
and
got
on
with
our
lives.
(Even
though
same
day
testing
was
a
few
dollars
more,
I
highly
recommend
that
approach
for
people,
who
have
to
travel
overseas,
especially
those
on
a
time
crunch.)
-
The
test
results
eventually
came
from
Passport
Health
at
exactly
the
75th
hour.
By
then
we
already
had
filled
out
paperwork
with
the
government
that
needed
negative
tests
and
embarked
on
our
flights
out
of
the
US.
-
Had
we
waited
on
Passport
health
till
the
75th
hour,
we
would
not
have
been
able
to
board
our
flights,
we
may
have
been
stranded
in
the
US,
leading
to
issues
with
travel
and
future
travel
into
the
US.
-
So
word
of
advice
for
those
planning
to
do
RT-PCR,
tests
with
limited
time
windows,
when
test
results,
are
valid.
Is
to
go
anywhere
else,
but
to
Passport
health,
find
a
place
in
AZ,
like
the
one
we
found
in
Scottsdale
that
offers
same
day
RT-PCR
results,
get
it
done.
It
might
cost
a
little
more,
but
is
guaranteed
to
be
available
on
time,
on
hand.
Passport
Health
delivers
but
unfortunately
at
the
last
hour.
Therefore,
I
cannot
recommend
this
place
for
results,
if
exact
time
requirements
and
windows
when
tests
are
valid
is
a
constraint.
Which
seems
to
be
the
norm
during
these
COVID-19
times.
