I hesitate to leave this review, simply for the fact that when you find a 'diamond in the rough', you want to keep it hidden. But, this Urgent Care deserves recognition. Courtney was the bright, smiling face that greeted me at the front desk. She's personable, professional and helpful. The staff person that took my vitals & documented that which ailed me, was also very friendly, calming & there was a sense of peace about her. Needless to say, these two people spread much needed joy - so very much appreciated when you're not feeling well. The Doctor that saw me was from the Midwest. Very personable, intelligent & answered questions I didn't know to ask. Someone I would've been proud to serve with in my military days. He even went so far as to explain everything I needed to do at home, which helped me leave the pharmacy sooner! There's much to be said about the Midwest Work Ethic of pride in your profession, empathy for others & respect for your patient (even 'difficult' patients) & this Doctor had it in droves. He and Courtney even laughed at my Dad jokes, that's saying something! There are many Urgent Care facilities to choose from. I am in no way affiliated with this particular one, but, God-willing you'll find this Urgent Care as exceptional as I did! And to the young boy that I met with the 'boot' on in the lobby - I prayed for you and it was a pleasure meeting you & your family!

From start to finish our visit was friendly and efficient! From the desk staff through to the Provider, Matt were all professional. Highly recommend and would definitely use again, thanks👍🏼 Dale.

We were looking for an urgent care that offered X-ray services and after calling several found this office. We are so grateful we did. The PA Matt was great with my son and had an amazing sports medicine background! And Sheila, the MA was phenomenal. She made us feel welcome and made it very comfortable for my teenage son! Rockie, the radiology tech was also wonderful with him! We are very appreciative !

First time there. Didn't have to wait long after "walk in" Very spacious, nice clean office. Very polite reception area. AlphaMeD takes Medicare and is an Urgent Care facility. PA Stacey Root was fantastic. Very pleasant and willing to listen & talk with you. She was professional but what I felt that made it better was that she was easy to talk with and friendly. She knew exactly what was wrong and made excellent diagnosis. It's a nice practice in the area, close to me and I'm very happy I went. Returned as follow up visit - Stacy is great as a PA she should become an MD. Excellent diagnosis and time spent. She is friendly, professional and a big plus for this urgent care. Thanks

I honestly can't say enough good about my experience. From the nurse to the PA and receptionist it was an eye opening experience. I felt like the entire staff saw me as a human and not a number to be pushed through and out the door. I used the app to schedule and was taken back in about 1 minute even though I was 20 minutes early. The receptionist seemed like she actually wanted to be there (you know what I mean) and was happy to help. The nurse was fast, efficient, kind and funny. The PA totally knew his stuff. We went over prescriptions my dentist had recently prescribed to ensure I didn't have any issues. He prescribed for my issue and made a plan to monitor and follow-up. It took about 45 seconds with the receptionist to schedule my next appointment. Oh, almost forgot to mention the clinic is BRAND NEW. It still has the pleasant "new" smell. It's delightfully decorated and feels upscale and modern. PS. I had to call back and change my appointment for a later time. The receptionist was so fast that I got my text notification as soon as I hung up. Also I am NOT receiving compensation of any kind for my review. I realized it's a bit glowing so I wanted to make that clear. 😀

Excellent urgent care! I was able to make an appointment online and secure a visit within the hour. Check in was a breeze and there was no wait. They were also able to take x rays and read them on the spot (other urgent cares I have used have to send them out to be read and it takes a long time). Dr was super good with kids, gave lots of explanation on how to care for my sons sprain ankle, and offered exercises for at home. Office is very clean and nice- looks like you are checking into a day spa :)

This clinic was very clean and bright. The location was easy to find and for me, close to home. The front desk staff was pleasant, as was the vitals nurse. I didn’t have to wait long and the doctor was thorough, asked questions and had a communication style with patients that was engaging not all knowing. Very much recommend this clinic!

Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was professional, attentive and gave clear communication. The timing was perfect. No long wait times. Stacy provided exceptional medical care and even went above and beyond for me in my situation. I came in for an allergic reaction and everyone was very urgent and helpful while helping me remain calm. They made sure to keep checking in on me every couple of minutes making sure I was feeling ok and if I needed anything to let them know. At a time that could’ve been extremely scary I’m thankful they were calm but quick about everything. It was so smooth and efficient that I was only there for 45 minutes throughout the whole process.

My son dislocated his elbow and they were able to pop it back into place right away. Thank you! Great service friendly staff! Great experience all around. We were able to walk in and leave within an hour.

Alpha Med was the best urgent care experience I have had. The facility looked and felt clean, the staff was friendly. Dr. Overlin was kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring! I was in and out within an hour without it feeling like I was being rushed or not receiving the appropriate care.

Fast service with friendly welcoming staff. Greeted with a smile and felt cared for when I was feeling my worst. Easy documentation and signing in, that included tips from the front desk on how to make it even easier. I recommend this office!

We were greeted with a very friendly face, the registration process was soooo convenient, it can all be done on your phone. All the people that saw us were so cheerful and helpful. They did multiple tests to to find out the issue and in the end made a sound decision on how to just get my son better. I can honestly say it was the most pleasant visit to any clinic I have ever had. Amazing staff.

I was feeling under the weather . I had Covid and they were so respectful professional and took great care of me . I loved the receptionist , nurse and doctor. I will definitely go back when I cannot get in with my primary care . Finally an urgent care that is super nice and friendly even though I was sick they made my day . Thank you

Fantastic location and office! Dr Overlin and his staff were caring, attentive, communicate, and knowledgeable. I went in with back pain and I felt he and his staff were very thorough and listened to all my concerns and symptoms. I could not be more appreciative of the excellent care and medical treatment I received today.

I was very happy with my visit to AlphaMeD. I was able to make an appointment online ahead of time, only waited 15-20 minutes to be seen. The PA and Provider physician were very professional and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and prescribed exactly what I needed to get better. Thank you!

This center saved me from what could have been a really bad weekend, drove up, on a very busy Friday (holiday weekend) but they worked me into their schedule and luckily I got answers within the hour! Dr Jenny Khan was bright and cheerful even though the day had been crazy busy for all of the employees Also would like to mention that Sebastian kept me informed & was an absolute pleasure in checking me in quickly The girl at the front desk with the beautiful eyes, thanks a million for getting me in last minute Glad this place is local & friendly & helpful

Tori and Courtney at the front desk were friendly, professional and helpful. Summer was kind, thorough and gentle and Stacy listened well to my symptoms, assessed what was wrong and printed out notes to help me remember the dosages and medications I needed. This was the cleanest, kindest urgent care office I have visited. Thankful for the staff at the Chandler location!

Such a lovely place and a great location!!! Right by Dairy Queen. No wait time as it’s a new place! We came here because my sister in law had a glass bowl that shattered in her hand and she cut herself pretty bad. The receptionist was super friendly and so welcoming! There was no line at all and the doctors were so caring and helped make sure there wasn’t any glass left in her finger. They bandaged her up well and we were on our way quickly! Totally recommend this place! —————- My 2nd Visit, this gem of a place has been discovered by too many folks now lol wait times have gone up but seems like they are in the middle of hiring more help to help decrease wait times and make the appointment go smoothly! This will be my regular doctor for me and my family because my pediatrician is always unavailable to see my kids as her hours suck! Glad I found this place! Matt is super nice and friendly!!
