I’m on the fence about whether to give a 3 or 4; but I think it’s a 3 because of two things. Cluster of employees in middle of store that were more concerned with apparently store business than helping a random customer walking through their store looking for something in particular AND ONE slow cashier struggling with a plastic bag while a line of customers that wrapped around the front of the store are waiting. Don’t suppose they could have called for another cashier?

Most of the prices are pretty good. The store is very clean. I didn't use the bathroom, and the cashier was definitely very helpful!

I went in looking for a curtain rod, but I didn't find the size I needed. They were having a good sale, so I did buy other stuff.

Big Lots is what you would expect. But better than the old "it's on a shelf somewhere" style they used to employ.

Big Lots has a lot of Summer specials and clearance items I think everyone would enjoy Big Lots that's supposed to be happy shopping
