Honestly, you’d have better luck purchasing items, full price when they’re on sale for the discount they have here. Most items are scratched, or as you can see completely damaged beyond repair. Discounts are minimal. In my opinion, it’s not worth the trip unless you live five minutes away. Granted, you can find a few deals here and there. Why dig through bins full of garbage, when you can just go to the store. Not very impressed, if you want people to actually buy items at the store, you may need to mark them down more than 1/100 of a percent…

Prices are still relatively high on some items but it is some savings. Let’s talk about the clearance section though. I understand that it is an outlet but that section is a disaster, the type you don’t advertise to the public. Pottery Barn, much like William-Sonoma and West Elm is known as higher end and even outlets should be presented as such. Things are just thrown about or still in boxes with no way to tell what they are or what condition they are in. Might I suggest rebranding to Pottery Barn Swap Meet

Most of the items here are appear to have been returned or severely damaged at the store. While there may be a few finds here and there, for the most part, it is not worth your time.

This place is horrible. Everything is damaged and overpriced. I went in to browse and not a single associate greeted me or even spoke to me. I encountered 3 employees and they all ignored me.

I was nearby and decided to go in pottery barn and check out the outlet prices. I was greeted by one of the associates she was so nice and explained the sales discount. The store is set up right, categorized by items. They had extra 50% off dining chairs, curtains, and other items. And most stuff is in good conditions. I loved the store and will be going back.

I knew this is pottery Barn expensive furniture and I’m big fan of pottery barn but they should bring the price down on some stuff like broken stuff or dirty! They have so many stuff on the floor and mixed up, I’m guessing even employee are confused and some stuff they even not know what’s broke. I wish little be more organized stuff on the floor

Got my dining table- originally $2000 for $800! It has an about a 2” scratch on the side but is literally not noticeable. They had another one of the same table that was missing the end detail pieces that was the exact same price as the one I got, and they wouldn’t budge on the price of the table that was missing the pieces… so that was weird, I mean it was literally missing pieces. A lot of the stuff is still pretty expensive, but you can find some pretty good deals if you look well
