Very unprofessional staff I encountered manager especially was very rude unprofessional and definitely not customer service oriented. Will not be returning anytime soon ,felt very judged the moment I entered that store cashiers were laughing and rudely talking and disrespecting incoent customers walking by oblivious. Manager again started to get loud an argue with me while I tried to explain to her what her employees behavior was when I first got there, she rudely didnt hear what i was tdyinf to tell her unprofessional all the way around

I Live in Tucson and a Friend and I had been to Phoenix for the day on our way home we stopped here to pick up a few things! This Location has a lot of items that we don't have at the .99 Only Store by me. The Store was clean, stocked and the Employees were very Nice and Helpful! The check out was quick, we didn't have to stand in line for a long time, definitely not like the Tucson Location. I will definitely return anytime I'm in or near Casa Grande@

Clean and organized. Most products priced extremely reasonably. Selection is decent for a 99 cent only/bargain store. Ample carts & parking. Friendly employees & multiple lanes open whenever I visit. Went with 37.00 to buy some staple items and only spent 27.00! Would've definitely only gotten half the list at other places. Happy shopper here!

Yesterday I was at the 99 cent store in Casa Grande. I went to the register to pay. While waiting someone dropped a big bottle of soda. It broke and went everywhere. The lady in front of me was checking out. I said kinda loud, "Excuse me, but we have a big spill at the end of the register. NO RESPONCE. Excuse me but a kid just slide in that mess. Girl at register, looked at lady standing by her at the end of the register. The lady looked at her then at me. I did not look away. I was waitng for something, a responce to my concern. Two-minute stare, then lady grabs microphone and asks someone (AFTER YOUR BREAK) BRING a mop and bucket to the front for a clean up. THE LADY ,let and went to the office there back on the right side as you come in. SHOCK, I asked the girl, is there a manager here, girl said,"she called for ? to bring a mop and bucket!" So she is THE MANAGER? She said yes, she is the manager! I was shocked! NOONE EVEN LOOKED AT THE DANGEROUS SPILL! I couldn't just leave! I asked the girl, "Do you at least have a cone to place there. I WAITED UNTIL SHE PLACED THE CONE.
