I've
gone
to
this
place
over
the
last
4
years
and
it
seems
like
everytime
I've
gone
in
it's
gotten
progressively
worse.
Today
was
the
last
straw.
Went
in
and
asked
for
the
usual.
2
fading
into
a
1
on
the
side,
finger
length
on
top.
The
"stylist"
I
got
was
using
a
rough
pair
of
clippers
that
kept
scratching
my
neck
and
head,
she
nicked
the
back
of
my
head
twice
and
I
had
to
tell
her
to
go
slower
and
take
it
easy
(she
didn't),
she
was
practically
slapping
my
head
with
the
comb
when
she
was
clipping
the
top,
my
calic
is
untrimmed,
back
of
the
head
hair
is
uneven,
sideburns
are
uneven,
and
the
top
and
the
sides
were
not
blended.
Worst
part
about
it
was
the
*last*
time
I
went
in
there
almost
the
same
thing
happened
with
a
different
stylist
in
the
same
store!
Had
to
come
back
and
get
it
fixed.
Worst
experience
I've
had
in
a
barber
shop
ever.
Not
going
back.

EDIT:
Whitney,
the
general
manager
reached
out
via
email
and
apologized
for
the
poor
experience
and
offered
a
complimentary
new
cut
with
upgrade
and
she
did
a
good
job.
Moving
the
rating
to
a
3
because
the
initial
experience
was
very
disappointing
but
Whitney
did
a
very
professional
job
at
following
up
and
correcting
the
problem.
If
I
were
to
go
back
I
would
only
go
to
Whitney
(because
she's
the
only
one
I
could
trust
to
do
it
properly)
