I
scheduled
a
virtual
appointment
for
my
5
month
old
for
an
ear
infection,
and
the
virtual
doctor
told
me
she
couldn’t
diagnose
it
over
the
phone,
so
she
was
useless.
Why
even
give
me
the
option
to
have
a
virtual
visit?
I
scheduled
an
appointment
for
2:45
the
doctor
didn’t
even
see
me
until
5.
Keep
in
mind
that
I
had
a
very
cranky
baby
surrounded
by
10+
other
sick
people
in
the
waiting
room.
Once
I
was
done
seeing
the
doctor,
she
told
me
to
go
back
out
to
the
waiting
room
to
wait
for
the
note
for
the
care
instructions.
So
I’m
waiting
there
for
another
10
minutes
with
a
screaming
baby.
I
very
politely
asked
the
receptionist
about
how
long
it
normally
takes
to
get
the
note.
She
looked
at
me
with
a
nasty
look
on
her
face
and
says
“what
note?”
And
I
said
“the
one
with
the
prescriptions
and
instructions?”
And
she
looks
down
at
the
desk,
asked
me
for
the
name
and
with
a
disgusted
look
on
her
face,
she
hands
over
the
piece
of
paper
that’s
been
sitting
there
for
who
knows
how
long.
The
doctor
I
saw
was
so
sweet
and
caring,
and
I
wish
she
worked
ANYWHERE
else
so
I
could
see
her
again
with
any
other
issues,
but
I
won’t
step
foot
back
in
that
office
again.
