Very fun and enjoyable! Happy hour lasts a long time and is buy 1 get 1 free (which they have at most places). There are like 3 dance floors, and they even have Karaoke in the back area. Security/dancers were fun and enjoyed dancing around on stage and through the floors.

Not sure how it has 5 stars, basically dead each time we visited but with a random house playlist still on at 100% volume. Looks and feels pretty dated, especially considering pricing for the area. Maybe in older times it was a different experience.

They have really nice double sunbeds and larger day beds both on the beachfront and by the pool that are free to use if you buy a drink. There are shaded and sunny options. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. August was great, always with a smile on his face creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere! They have a nice deep pool (compared to other places) and have free foosball too. Small Bintang 40k IDR and they have happy hour starting at 7. I ordered some chicken wings and they were delicious! Just a short cycle from the main town area.

The BEST Pizza on the island. Hands down! Fruit juices were delicious. Appropriately priced with a nice venue for dinner. The staff was attentive and switched on. Dinner was made even more welcoming with the guitarist. All in all great experience, Thank you!

We visited Malibu beach club in the hopes of a vibrant atmosphere. It didn’t disappoint! The club has a beautiful setting on the west side of the island where you can watch the sunset each evening. We visited on 2 consecutive evenings and both times we listened to a wonderful live acoustic artist. The food was fantastic both evenings, fairly priced (maybe a bit higher than average) but the atmosphere and setting more than merits the extra expense. Service was very attentive and the waiter who served us on the first night recognised us and made a big fuss for coming back. Happy hour for cocktails 12-3 and 6-9 (buy two get one free). Ideal place to watch the sunset and have a drink. Would recommend to anyone visiting gili T.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Malibu Beach Club on Gili Trawangan! The stunning beachfront location, crystal-clear waters, and super friendly staff made my stay unforgettable. It is one of the cleaner beaches with some of the better cocktails. Make sure you come for the happy hour. Do note that the staff tries to trick you into paying with cash. Card payments are accepted. Just say that you don't have cash.

We stayed on and enjoyed a great dinner right on the beach (nice range of small and larger plates + cocktails). Good music and cool deck furniture. We got there in happy hour time... so we got 2 Daiquiries, tried beef tacos ( so good ) and got one of the best spots facing the ocean. It was a great evening in company of Lalu, who was looking after us, making sure we were ok and always happy! Finally got the mushroom pizza and the calzone and mamma mia. Bounty discotheque surely deserves 5stars especially because of its dance crew , these young kids ensure everyone have the best night. Security and service staff were really good as well. Prices are very genuine. You can grab a beer for 5 USD and shisha for $8. Please make sure to jump on a taxi or grab at night even if you are only meters away from the hotel. Have a happy holidays and it is completely safe guys.

Now, beyond the inflated prices, my main issue is, “why on earth are you using plastic straws in all your drinks when you use sustainable products for everything and you’re next to the ocean”?????? Get some bamboo or any other type of re-usable straws. The sunset from this location is superb but I don’t think I’d recommend it when you have the exile right next door without a minimum spend.

It was so nice to sit on the beach on a bean bag and watch the sunset, the locals giving people rides on their horses, and vibe to the great music. I had the spaghetti aglio olio two nights in a row because it was so delicious and I was living my best life eating pasta on the beach. I also had the coco creamy cocktail and loved it!
