I've heard great things about this dispensary and had a good first visit, today on my second visit I had a pretty poor customer service experience. I was unable to use my reward points due to an error in their system not loading them from last visit. I tried explaining that I was making this purchase today based off of using my reward points from my previous larger purchase. I feel like this was a easy situation for the manager to step in and rectify my situation instead of leaving me hanging with the only solution being "wait to use your points until next visit." Pretty disappointed....

Traveled to the area from Springfield and Kent went above and beyond with his customer service. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure to meet my needs as a customer. If you're coming from out of town go to root 66!

Normally when I come by, I feel welcomed. One of my last visits though I did not feel this at all. I don't know if it was because I came at a different time then what I normally do (which is in the evening time) or if they were busy with something else at the time but I barely got the customer service that I'm used to when I stop by. They seemed more concerned about something else then helping me figure out what I was looking at. I honestly don't know what I'm looking at about 80% of the time. I believe I caught his name being Joe who had helped me that day. Other than that; the ones working in the evening are very patient with me and explain everything for me to understand better. They are amazing! Thank you

I love this place. The employees are so helpful and nice. Liz s is my favorite and always help me hunt for deals when she is in.
