The best yoga classes. Even though we've only been able to do online classes, they have helped so much. Learning, exploring and pushing myself every day with so much patience and guidance from Jasmine. Mentally and physically stronger thanks to her! 🙏🏼

Jasmine is an amazing instructor. I have been practicing for 15 years and I learned more in one class with her than any other class I have taken in my life. She provides a comprehensive practice with explanations for the purpose and intention. She also had useful adjustments and techniques to improve alignment and better access postures. I cannot believe my good fortune to have learned from her.
