I am vaccinated for covid on 2nd April 2021. I Went there at about 10.45 AM and it took less than 15 minutes to administer Covishield. On the Spot they register my name on their computer with my Adhar Card details. The nurse Mrs. NEELAMMA has administered the vaccine. Before giving the vaccine she has explained all the intricacies that develop after vaccination . She advised me to stay there for at least one hour after vaccination. Thanks her for advising me Properly. I am a heart patien with a stent implanted in 2005 and Pacemaker in 2014. I am a diabetic patient. With all these problems I have no issues after vaccination. I advise all who are above 45 should take covid vaccine and help to stop spreading of covind.

Very bad experience. I had scheduled for my Covid Vaccine for 22 Apr at this facility. I reached around 10 AM and there was total chaos here. No one there knows the process. There were so many queues. I tried speaking to the staff there. No one had a clue which queue we should join. Even if you scheduled your vaccine, it looks like you have to stand in a queue with unscheduled/walk in candidates. There were many back door entries. No idea how and why. I asked to see the head of this PHC and I was told he hasn't reached yet. Either they are under staffed or they dont have any interest in managing this drive well. A little more communication and management would have made matters so much better. Hundreds of people. no social distancing. I thought it prudent to escape lest we catch the virus instead of getting vaccinated !!!!!

Infosys volunteers team had cleaned up, repaired, painted the PHC in 2014. There is lot of place available and it can be made into a good hospital. I had even tried to get it adopted by apollo or few volunteering doctors but could not make it happen. You can see some of the pics of the hospital before and after we had volunteered.

Currently, Vaccination drive is going on on Mission drive. If, you are planning for vaccination for first or second dose, please plan ahead and form queue at 8AM in the morning. Only, 200+ tokes are issued on first come serve basis. Other than that, donot expect any medical Emergency as this provides basic first aid and treats other Fever diseases. It is exactly located close to Lingampally Post office Chowrasta and Apollo Medical Shop.

Today i visited to this primary health centre serilingampally for covid vaccination. Every thing is good. There is a line for slot booking. It is very easy process. No need of booking a slot. They book a slot and then vaccination at the next stage. Only time consuming is waiting in the line but line moves fast.. maximum it takes halfen hour only. Preferably going on morning times is better because slots may be completed by 12.30 morning Overall good. 1star is less for maintenance of ground out side the clinic is filled with rain water. It may cause malaria 🦟 , dengue etc.

I have visited this place for my baby vaccinations. They provide the vaccination for children only on Wednesday 9AM to 2 PM. I went at 9.15AM and waited till 10.45AM for the nurse to come. Not only me it’s been a huge crowd waiting for the nurse with their babies. There is no first come first serve basis. After the nurse arrival, she called everyone because of which there was huge chaos created. There is no proper response from the entire staff. Very bad experience

Very nice place. Vaccination If ur baby is not born in govt hospital, I would recommend to have her/his vaccination in this center, its cost effective. Pvt centers will charge you very very much and here its free of cost. Just be there on 9:30 am on Wednesday and Saturdays . They will ask you to get a xerox of govt card.

Went to this place to take vaccination for my baby, Staff is very friendly. Recommend this place for vaccination to kids. Every Wednesday and Saturday vaccinations to kids will be given.

Hi can someone help me how to reach the government authorities to make a complaint on the staff working here at Urban Primary Health Center, Serilingampally. I have had bad experience with the staff 3 times. First time I visited to enquire about vaccine availability and timmings and the last sits at front desk is so rude and she never respond to any queries asked. Only one answer come the morning. When I came the day morning, believe the que was till the main gate and non available to answer. Again I viisted around 2 pm. Then theere another lady who was also so rude and yelling at everybody who came to enquire. I got highly irriitated I should have taken the video instantly and post. Is this the way thethey repond to someone came for information? These people are no fit for this position. Please someone read this take action against them.

Got vaccinated with covaxin 2nd dose. Staffs are efficient and helpful. Average vaccination time per person is as low as one minute.

They are limiting vaccination for 150 members per day. They are giving vaccination upto 1o clock. So it is resulting heavy croud. It is better to increase time and nos count is better.

No sign for COVID-19 separately. Not following the time table

They do not confirm you either positive or negative once the covid test is done. You will not get message updates even after 48 hours of covid test on the result. Such a senseless staff with worst behaviour. Better visit some other UPHC or Hospital for covid test.

Visited the Primary Health Centre in Serilingampally today for my newborn's second vaccine doses. Despite having delivered at a private hospital, I was keen to experience the quality of services in Telangana's government hospitals. However, much like other government facilities, this one was no different, with hygiene concerns prevalent throughout. Here are some areas requiring immediate attention and improvement from the management: 1- Vaccinations were administered to my child hastily, despite no queue forming. 2- Staff members failed to utilize hand sanitizer, a basic hygiene practice essential before vaccination, which is medically unacceptable. 3- Pre- and post-vaccine/injection procedures lacked sanitization of the injection site or provision of a bandage for cover.

Improve cleanliness during rains. Don't behave like lords, staff.

Staff not responding properly. Many back door and recommendation processes going. The online process is good for avoiding these types of back doors. Add complaint boxes and contact numbers in hospital.

Have been here twice with my nephew , it clean around, and the staff are cooperative and helpful. Here vacation for kids are given on regular basis.

Pathetic. No doctors on alternate days. Only good thing is they provide free medicine for minor disease. Cleaning also needs improvement.

Immunization for infants/children is on WEDNESDAY's hence confirm before you visit. Generally PHC's or Govt. Hospitals have this facility under Free Immunization (Vaccination) Programme in India. Staff is cooperative. The schedule is usually mentioned in the discharge summary or file of baby which will be required for reference for previous and upcoming schedule. *Note, not all vaccines are administered at PHC listed in the file received from most of the Private hospitals except for the important and mandatory vaccines as I have seen some people arguing with staff for no reason without knowledge of this. Consult a Paediatrician if you need to understand type of mandatory vaccines which are under this program and others which you would like to additionally administer. These vaccines costs in thousands which Govt. is providing under this program.

Got Medical Certificate for my Driving License in less than 5 minutes. Last time I got second jab in less than 10 minutes. Thanks Dr Sailaja and your courteous staff. This PHC has parking space and is a lively place... saw several health workers using e-tablets.

Went to this center with the expectation of obtaining medical certificate required for renewal of driving licence but officials denied saying they are not issuing medical fitness certificate. Although in noticeboard it was mentioned all kind of medical certificate are issued there. They told me to go to Kondapur district hospital. Disappointed. Even Kondapur district hospital also denied and put up computer generated notice that no medical fitness certificate is issued there. My whole day wasted.
