Reading a lot of the bad reviews surprised me. I ordered Dorado and some tapas and the tomato bread wasn't the best but the fish was lovely (if a little burnt) The atmosphere and the waitress were lovely.

Horrible experience. Seafood Paella - smells fishy, not fresh, rice was not soft. Very small seafood. Saw a little girl order a plate of spaghetti, it came cold (just looked like they took from our the fridge directly without cooking them at all!!!) and she looked really sad. No disappointment if you just came here for a normal beer. Please note this place is a tourist trap! Dont come!!!

First negative review I’ve ever written on here… paella seemed like it’s supermarket bought and microwaved, tiramisu again was similar quality to what you’d buy in a store for less than 1€. Goats cheese salad was rock hard cheese on old salad leaves. Toilet was broken and full of urine. Waitress was helpful and kind

Do NOT eat here! Beer was only half full, the rest was foam. The paella took 40 mins, then they said they don’t have it. The alternative pizza was a poorly warmed up frozen pizza, could have bought it for 2€ instead of 8.50€ at the supermarket and warm up better. Any pizza service will deliver better! Personal does not speak any English. The kitchen smells of super old grease. Worst restaurant experience in a very long time.

Absolutely terrible service, the staff is so dumb they don’t even know how to use the credit card machine. The guy forgot to press the button and he chased me almost all the way to the train station because of his own error. I am shocked he has survived into adulthood.

The prices are a bit high. The food was nothing special, rather not satisfied with the quality. At the same time, the outdoor terrace was in a nice place and you could enjoy the buzz of the city.

I wasn't very impressed. The paella had clearly been frozen and heated up, and it kind of gelled over pretty quickly after it was brought to me. Staff was very pushy despite the patio being almost empty (wanted to take my order as soon as I sat down, brought my the bill when I wasn't even halfway finished, etc.) They make the food across the street and carry it over.

It was one of the few restaurants along this street that had a menu of the day. It was 15euro for a salad and a paella - I had just accepted the fact that when you visit a small town like Girona, everything feels like a "tourist trap" but it is what it is. The food itself wasn't all that bad. I had the melon and ham salad (though it wasn't exactly what I had pictured) and my boyfriend had the tuna salad (again, mediocre). The paella was quite good, though it was a bit too watery compared to what we had elsewhere. The sangria was a disappointment - it just tasted like wine diluted with ice and maybe a few lemons. 7euros for 1/2L seemed decent, but not worth for the taste. Note: during the lunch rush (i.e. 1PM onwards), they don't allow you to sit down unless you are ordering food. If you are looking for just a drink, best look elsewhere.

If u have respect for food don't support this "Bar". Pizza is from Mercadona (3€), absolutely ridiculous. This is a typical tourist trap!

Too many things on the menu, and most food seems to be frozen and heated again. It was not good at all. Service was not good but acceptable. Restrooms are from another Era (see pictures). I do not recommend it.

The french fries and the paella was okay. The waitress is nice. I think this restaraunt is trying to redeem itself. Would give it 3 stars right now, but I gave it 4 for the effort. The pictures on the menu are a bit misleading though. Don't order anything other than seafood.

The only thing this place has going for it is the outdoor tables. The service is horrible & the food tastes bad. I do recommend this place at all.

The staff is nice and accommodating. The menu del dia is great value and the food is good.

If I could give no star I would give none. I had to send the food back after two bites, because it war really disgusting. I never did this before. The restaurant didn’t offer me an alternative meal and I had to pay for the ordered meal. Just don’t come here.

Muy bueno. Very good black rice and fideua. Very hot, a lot of sea food, good prices, delicious Mojito. Nice stuff speaking english.

Just in case, do not stop here If you would like to be full. The food was terrible. Do not choose carbonara.those are not true carbonaras. Instead of that, choose paella. You can also announce us that patatas bravas are spicy. Also food taste is very similar to supermarket frozen food. If you want to be full, you can choose another restaurants or you can choose this one and make your own review.

I don’t recommend the place. Outside is better than inside. Pasta was good, chips and calmares were so so. I went there again. Paella was ok but the waitress grabbed my fork where I put food to my mouth and put it on the table. She was gossiping loudly with her friend all the time. Terrible waitres.

Servers were great. Worked very hard. Drinks were great. 1st course, very good: melon and ham, tuna salad. 2nd course: Paella was okay, not best. Calamari- lots of breading, would not order again. Tiramisu was good. Cheesecake was not, but my companions said it might be a difference in US and European tastes... I make much better cheesecake in U S., granted that's according to my U.S. taste. Ladies room was perfectly clean. Great place to sit.

The worst paella ever, rice hard, seafood old and didn’t smell right, so salty we will be up all night drinking water, the steak was so tough I’d had enough cutting after a couple of goes, chips cold, if it wasn’t for the waitress we would have complained. All so the toilets we below standard

Served exactly what I requested. The terrace is nice. Chicken fingers were awesome and the beers were tasty...
