I tried to add some photos of the stunning Christmas decorations and it lost my original review! So a chance to share these and say thank you for taking such great care of myself and my family for the last five years. I’ve been to plenty of doctors in both Sydney and Melbourne and have never found a practice like Healthmint. Caring doctors who actually remember your history and ask after the whole fam (& who are patient with a rampaging toddler!), reception staff who always go out of their way to be helpful, lovely nurses and obviously the most un-doctor like doctor’s waiting room imaginable. We particularly love how you decorate for the holidays whether it be Christmas or Easter.

Fantastic clinic. The moment you walk in you can see the focus on attention to detail. The waiting area has a beautiful modern zen decor that embraces a relaxing atmosphere as you wait. My doctor was caring and attentive and l never felt rushed or ignored. Thank you to the lovely staff for a kindly welcoming experience.

We went to this clinic for about 2 years. Firstly I'd like to say that the clinic is very well kept, wait times are usually low and all the doctors we saw were very nice. Unfortunately though, there were still some issues. Fees - The fees have become astronomical, which ultimately resulted in our leaving. Not only the fees per appointment, but you are charged for everything. We were even charged an "instrument fee" once for something really obscure. Additionally, when we moved, they tried to charge us $20 per person to have our medical records sent to the new practice. This was described as an administration fee. I have moved GPs countless times and have never been charged for this. It is ridiculous. In fairness, they did waive our kids fees, and my wife and I just never had our own records transferred because of the cost. This has meant the new GP doesn't have our patient history from the previous clinic, but I wasn't paying $40 for my own records. It just doesn't seem that patient welfare is in front of making money at this clinic. Privacy - On 2 occasions after visiting the practice I was sent medical certificates of other patients containing their names and addresses. This is simply not acceptable and is a serious privacy breach. When I raised this concern, they did some digging and put it down to a training issue with a new staff member. They also said that they had changed their process for sending out medical certificates and asked me to delete the ones that didn't belong to me. Again, in fairness it seems they addressed it, and they were very prompt in responding, but even so, given what you pay at this clinic, this never should have happened and in years of going to various GPs across the state, is not something I can say I've ever experienced before. There is no excuse for privacy breaches like that. If the fees don't bother you, it's probably still worth a look, but not somewhere I'll be going back to, and not somewhere I feel I can give more than 2 stars, given the privacy concerns.

I don't normally go to a private medical centre as I have a bulk billing GP but I decided to go to Dr Perera for mine and my daughters 6 week postpartum check up. This is because I wanted a thorough check up. I should've stuck to my regular GP and this is why... I asked for prices clearly on the phone prior to my appointment as I didn't want to be shocked once I get there. I was CLEARLY told a fee of $168 for both my daughter and I. I even asked the girl multiple times to make sure this was the one and only fee. After my appointment, I was asked by the receptionist to pay two fees of $168. I told her that I was told about 1 fee not 2. She then proceeded to say she will tell her manager and they will call me later that day if I needed to pay. Nine days later the manager called me to say I have an outstanding fee to pay. I told her about the situation and she said she would speak to the Doctor. Also among all of this I have been receiving messages every single day from PaycePaid threatening me to send debt collectors out. I have called them myself 3 times and even sent an email telling them to stop. 7 weeks later I am writing this negative review as I'm sick and tired of this matter!! It's not my fault if your receptionist isn't trained about the prices at your clinic!! Honour your mistakes!!

Great practise but unfortunately as I havn't been sick in just over a year, an over the phone telehealth appointment, now costs over $100 with no Medicare rebate. Going to see good quality doctors is out of reach financially for me now

Wow from the moment I walked in what a lovely doctors surgery.. Polly was amazing and extremely inviting and couldn’t be any more helpful.. I seen Dr Cho and she was very thorough and took the time to hear about my concerns. After my first visit I’m highly impressed and would 100% recommend this practise. Well don’t health mint!!

Always had a positive experience here. Doctors listen and have empathy. They are always good with my daughter with special needs who gets highly anxious at doctor's appointments.

My family and I have been coming here for just under 3 years. It’s a beautiful medical centre with very warm staff. We have seen a few difference doctors over the years and they have all been extremely thorough and caring, always on time too! Dr Terence and Dr Rizni have been especially wonderful with my children. Can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I’ve just started attending this clinic and so far everything about the experience has been top notch. The staff are always friendly and helpful - be it in person or over the phone, and the doctors are very caring; they take time to listen to you and explain everything. I always leave feeling well taken care of.

I have been going to HealthMint for a little over a year. I was originally seeing Dr. Nicola at her previous clinic and wanted to continue seeing her. She is extremely thorough, friendly and never makes you feel rushed or judged. She takes the time to listen and goes above and beyond to help. I have never been happier with a doctor! The feel of the clinic is much more relaxing than other medical centres and all staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient at this practice for only 12 months after recently moving into the area. However, after a number of different health issues I have visited the practice a number of times since becoming a patient. I find the waiting room very relaxing and a pleasure to sit whilst waiting for appointments, although the wait time is usually very short as Dr Cho always seems to run on time. Since my very first visit I have felt extremely comfortable in her care. She is very thorough in taking a history and immediately gives confidence in her abilities. She is friendly & personable and has a knack of making me feel like an old friend rather than her patient. I would not hesitate in recommending either her or the practice to anyone who wants a GP who goes above and beyond in their routine care in wonderful surroundings.

I have been attending this practice since the early days when it first started, and have had the best experience. My doctor, Dr Terence is awesome. The nurses and support team are amazing and always do their best. Dr Terence is always caring and ahead of me, and I feel he is always on top of things and watching my back. My health situation is complex due to a bad accident and he has supported me through thick and thin! I am uncomfortable with the hot.doc booking process and I am grateful to Steph the practice manager, who has managed to work around my individual needs. I would highly recommend this practice.

Very impressed with this medical practice! My GP Dr Nicola had moved clinics and this was my first visit! Reception staff very pleasant and very comfortable waiting area! Highly recommend!

Dr Terence is amazing. So caring and thorough, makes sure everything is explained and understood before his patients leave. Brilliant doctor, highly recommend.

My 5 star review is of Dr N Wheatly Price. For listening, not judging and not pushing anything. However the fact that masking continues in 2023, and they continue constantly asking if you are sick - I would rate the centre a 3.5 ⭐️

Couldn’t be happier! My family and I have been long time patients at HealthMint. It’s a lot busier than it used to be which goes to show how great this practice is and how providing top care pays off. So much so they have expanded with another clinic opening up in Croydon. With 15 min consultations it feels like you actually have time and you’re not just another number. Barely a wait time for appointments. We have seen 5 different GP’s there over the years and they have all been amazing. On-site pathology is so convenient with rarely a wait time. Facility’s are always clean. The waiting room is so comfortable without that clinical feel. Reception are very friendly. Highly recommend HealthMint. 💚

I am not big fan of booking a long appointment to get my health care plan done, to go there and be told to make another appointment to get my plan done. I am also not big fan of getting blood test done and making an appointment to get those results to tell me they were all good, a phone call would have been enough. I got a referral to an specialist but I need to make another appointment to get that referral, because they can’t send me an email and the specialist has not contacted me….basically any opportunity to take more money from your appointments it is basically it.

Dr. Terence has to be one of the best GPs in Melbourne. Very thorough, great and patient with kids, doesn’t rush you and you don’t feel like a number but instead you feel like a patient genuinely being cared for.

Once you attend HealthMint, you won't go anywhere else for a GP visit or relevant allied health. A beautiful clinic, with caring doctors and wonderful reception. You will be wowed with all your encounters here.

I received a covid vaccination through Healthmint and I was so impressed with the service that I decided to change GP. The only thing I wish they would improve is the long-winded message when trying to get through to a receptionist. But they are efficient and professional so I can look past that.

We had high hopes for HealthMint. One of the cleanest and well presented clinics I've seen. There have been multiple times where appointments booked for my son and for myself have been rescheduled. There has not been a single appointment that has been kept at the original scheduled time. One appointment was rescheduled 3 times before we were able to come in. I always make these appointments roughly a month in advance, so to constantly get a call or a text that it needs to be rescheduled is getting ridiculous and stressful. On one occasion I received a text that our appointment was cancelled only 30 minutes before we were about to leave for the appointment. My son was booked for his immunisations next week which has now been cancelled on us. We are now left at Christmas time trying to find somewhere new to take him for his immunisations, as there was nothing they could do to fit us in at all before the end of the year. Unfortunately we will be searching for a new doctor, which is a shame as l did enjoy the experience when we actually got to attend our appointments.

AMAZING . Beautiful, clean, spacious & the atmosphere feels calm . Lovely front desk lady (I forgot her name) . I came from a public doctor , had a REALLY bad experience and ended up getting private health. The doctor I had actually listened to what I had to say with the symptoms I had , explained everything to me including the prescription. I really felt like the doctor actually cared for my well being . Very very happy. I highly recommend this practice without a doubt . Thank you for your lovely service

My partner and I have been visiting healthmint Cranbourne north for over a year. Doctors are really caring and staff members helpful and respectful. Dr Imasha and Dr Terence are exceptional, very knowledgeable and professional.

The best experience with a GP I have ever had... truly. I left the clinic feeling like a huge burden had been lifted, as Dr Cho Hlaing really listened to me and delved deep into my health issues without any judgement. She has such a holistic approach and it was like a breath of fresh air when she said she wants to get to the root cause of my issues rather than provide a band aid fix. The clinic waiting room felt more like a home too with cosy couches, plants and music. Thank you so much HealthMint team! I finally feel like I have hope as I don't have to fight to get tests or try to convince a doctor that something isn't right anymore. :D

Dr Cho was good, pretty thorough and asked many questions. However, the nurse that did my blood test was AWESOME! So lovely and so gentle, did not just stick the needle in. She really cared and was by far one of the best nurses I’ve dealt with.

This clinic is excellent. Never any waiting times, good range of doctors and nurses, beautiful facility. Dr Cho is incredible and kind. She remembers every detail of my health record and had seen me through planning for a baby to his appointments now. Could not recommend Dr Cho any more if I could!

I attended Health mint today as a new patient. The waiting area is very impressive , more like a hotel foyer than a doctors surgery. The decor is beautiful, welcoming & the reception staff very friendly. I didn’t have to wait long before I saw Dr Cho who was very thorough with my history taking, friendly and reassuring. I felt extremely confident in her care and would not hesitate in recommending this practice to anyone.
