    Customer service appalling by the lady with short blonde bob hair. Extremely Rude and spike like the customers were such an inconvenience. Then after ignoring my questions, therefore l persisted, she talks into her earpiece/communication and says in such a snitch manner, for someone to assist me like a teenager with all the moans and groans. All customers could hear & were shocked. It was not any fault of my own that after 2 hours on the digital printers, when l came to pay the screens froze, and l was told they would turn off and reset them and my work wouldn’t be lost. Well everything was lost, l wasted 2&1/2 hours, no apologies, just told me the machines are old. Every person at the photo/printer all had issues, paper jams, receipts not printing, photos not loading, machines clearly not working. Never will l return with such rude service and poor equipment. You are even dearer than Harvey Norman by 1c per picture!!!! Certainly no customer service. What a waste and a shame!

    Seriously… one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. Attended the store to make a $2000+ purchase. Stood by the area for a long time. 6 staff behind the counter looking at 1 screen. Eventually walked out and went to JB Hifi

    I’m here printing some photos before Christmas almost at the time of the closure. Just want to say that all the staff has been amazing and went above and beyond to help me! Excellent team! Thank you so much ☺️

    Photo counter. None of the kiosks ever work, connection drops out, wifi transfer NEVER works. Line up for assistance to pay for an order that’s somehow stuck even though trying to self-service print, no staff even available to serve. Stuck in line waiting for 10min with other staff standing around just chatting. Great.

    I am an elderly woman who needed some photographs done the first girl that served me said just go and follow the prompts I have never had to do this before and I was confused. I tried the machine she told me to go to and I had no luck. I returned to the counter and asked another girl who was only to happy to guide me through the process her name was Tegan and I am so grateful she actually took the time to help me.     Every franchise, chain store is the same... until it's not and this is the case with Office Works (Geelong). Sure, all the aisles, shelves and stock are the same. The staff here make the difference. It's hard to explain. I go to another Office Works and I swear, it feels like the staff make you wait unnecessarily. That is not the case here. Which is handy because I only come here from work (nearby) and only during a meal break. Never been late back to work. Staff always helpful and knowledgeable, really. Shame about the slow construction out on Ryrie, seems like forever to be getting done. Not OW fault, obviously, just annoying to get in the way of a good business.

    Good store, but lack staff and they don’t answer their phone. Print staff have a bad attitude, told me to queue up when I was the only customer! They were helpful with a return.

    My partner and I had the most amazing customer service right across Officeworks at Geelong this afternoon. Right from the moment we entered we were warmly greeted. Then we needed a fair bit of assistance in printing and we had 2 fabulous team members from the printing area to help us to finalise how to order our mugs. Both were extremely helpful and patient. Before leaving the store I bought something else. Even the cashier was polite and the whole experience was 5 stars !!!

    Worst place, rude staff, equipments are always broken. Self service is a terrible joke as staff spend more time in explaining how it works to customers. Equipments are always broken. Long waiting time. Too many staff members but still complaining short of staff.

    Went there to get passport photos. Had to wait 30 minutes because the passport lady was busy. Like ever heard of multi skilling. Then I take my photos to the post office to renew my passport and the post office measures them and say, nope my face is too small AND the lighting created a shadow on one side of my face, so would have been rejected. What a waste of my time and money.

    Absolutely appalling service. Actually, what service? Waited at counter for over 5 minutes to no acknowledgment. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve worked in customer service. I know what it’s like when it’s busy, even though there was next to no one there. But one staff member was chatting to a friend about life, and the others were standing around the photo machine just talking. All I wanted to know was if an office chair was in stock! I ended up calling waurn ponds while I was in the shop, still not being served. Found out the chair was in stock and drove there. Never again shopping at this store. I really hope a manager sees this and does something about it, because looking at other reviews, it seems to be a reoccurring problem.

    NO clear instructions on how to print. I was here to print some basic b&w documents. The instructions weren't very clear on how it all works. Infront of the printing desk is an email address. So I emailed them with clear instructions on how many copies and for it to be double sided. I came back 10 mins later to ask if it's ready only to find it not even started. I was then told that there's a code I should have received by email. I then needed to give the staff the code in order for the job to be printed, time frame depends on file size. Staff didn't read my printing instructions in the email so I had to explain again. He was able to print them out in minutes. I asked if printing double sided costs more and he said no. But he eventually explained it as .20¢ per side instead of .20¢ per page which is what I originally was told in person and by phone the day before. So YES DOUBLE SIDED COSTS MORE .40¢ PER PAGE. It's so stupid and I couldn't muster up the energy to explain that he originally quoted me .20¢ per page and after .20¢ per side.

    Staff will try to help, but there is never enough for the photo/print department. I've had numerous issues whenever I've wanted to use the self serve printing, all the while trying to help other customers who encounter other issues or otherwise just struggle with the very poor system. Issues include timing out, randomly restarting etc after a lengthy process of selecting and uploading my print media. This has cost me a lot of time for what should be a quick and straightforward process. It's not good enough - don't waste your time like I have.

    The products were great but the staff aren't professional in the slightest. An employee pulled up their shirt to show me a tattoo they had of a bee. I was was so extremely uncomfortable.

    I was served yesterday by Carla/Karla(?)—what a superstar! She was so empathetic and helpful. Someone give this woman a raise... or equity... or make her heiress to the Officeworks Kingdom. She deserves it all.

    If you self print they will not give you your money back and the printing staff has way to much attitude and are disrespectful. This office works is definitely not recommended at all.They seriously need to change the rude staff

    I visited the store for printing copies and lady at the counter said we can't print it for you anymore and you need to self service and at self serve system asked me to paid upfront $$, and whatever I will use from that amount and rest of the payment will be back to your account in 5 business days. How can you hold someone money for 5 days? Ridiculous system and lady just reject my job and now I find the other place for printing. And it was early in the morning and all staff member was free that time. I asked her to print at the counter but she refused. Bad start go the morning😌
