So disappointed with the service we received by Artelia jewellery foutain gate. After two months of purchasing our wedding bands we visited the store as we started having issue, especially my partner's ring was silver it wore out extremely quick only 2 months after we had purchased it. They had no good explanation for us and told us to monitor them. We got back to them with the same concern after a period of time. We didn't receive any acknowledgement from them. We havent even had the rings for even one year.The pride themselves for their quality of their jewellery and service but they don't deliver the service they promise you. Absolutely disappointed because its not an outfit or white good which can be replaced, its an item with sintimental value and it seems like it wont last. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from them if your planning on getting something that's going to last.

Engagement ring custom made to perfection! Was a bit worried when I saw the first version of 3D CAD image. Rob and Niro was patient with my pedantic change requests and assured me that the final product will look exactly the way I want it. And so it did! The design I requested was very complicated. Kudos to the master jeweller for incredible skills! She LOVED it and said yes! 😄

Artelia made a beautiful engagement ring for my Fiancée. I had a tight timeline for the proposal date but Roberto was fantastic about it and made sure everything was ready in time. The process was great, he helped me through the bespoke design - I had control over every aspect of the ring but felt supported so it was never too overwhelming. I especially liked that they provided detailed 3D renders of the ring before they started the build so I knew exactly what the finished product would look like. The completed ring looks fantastic with amazing craftsmanship and excellent attention to detail. Since then we've gotten to know both Roberto and Maria really well and they are currently making our wedding bands as well. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a piece of custom jewellery. If I could give 10 stars I totally would!! A friend and I were over from New Zealand and on the recommendation from a friend visited the St Kilda store and spent hours (seriously from 10.30am to 4pm) perusing all of the amazing shiny pieces of art that were on display. The service that Kristen provided was like nothing experienced before, she patiently showed us the items we requested and then proceeded to show us others that there similar and items she though would tickle our fancy. I purchased a ring from a local crystal and gemstone dealer about 3 years ago. The stone in the ring became dislodged and needed resetting. The local shop advised me to contact Made In Earth to see if they could help me as they were the suppliers of the ring. They could not have been more helpful and courteous The service was outstanding. I now have my ring back in its completely new setting and would highly recommend this company.
