Incredible hotel. Stayed for 10 days for work. Didn’t run out of amazing food to eat at their 3 top notch restaurants. Rooms were spacious and finishes super modern. I loved the fact that the hotel was running some amazing technology for waste water reuse - future thinking in the heart of Africa. Friendly and welcoming staff with lots to chat about local information and history. They recommend I take local transport (motorbike Uber with a spare helmet) to the genocide museum which was a humbling experience. Can’t recommend this hotel any better. Would go back in a heartbeat.

I had a great time. It was lovely. Clean environment👌🏾, very welcoming host🤗🤗🤗, the lighting 🌟💫⭐. As for the food, it was okay. The presentation was good and the content of what I ate looked healthy, plus the salt was just 👌🏾. The taste of the food🤔🤔🤔...let's just say I surprised my taste buds😅🤣😅😅 I would definitely go back for the smoothie😍😍😍😻 And of course, the view😱☺️❣️♥️❣️

For it was overwhelming for me to have a clear view of this hotel at the nearby park, it's colours and designs make it have a nice photo. About the location, it is located in the center of many roads, which makes it more easy for anyone to reach, the roads are clearly paved, neat and smart. I guess the service is also impressive and even the rooms are great, although I didn't enter there. The security is high, so there is no need to worry about anyone's safety! For sure the place impressed me!

I wanted to thank Abbas in the reception for encouraging me to write a review. Super friendly and accommodating. Great location, quick trip to airport even in rush hour. Very friendly staff but the lost star is because even in reception, some of the staff are extremely slow moving. Asked several times for laundry to be taken and it never was. Room service order the first night arrived very cold. Strong wifi and excellent conference facilities. BIG rooms and good products. Would stay again!

Magnificent! Absolutely stunning place where everything is of top quality from the alley, the bar through the corridors, the rooms are 😍. The pool looked so enticing but the rain ruined my plans. Looking forward to come in for a swim anytime the season gets sunny. Can i have the pool tariffs for non residents? Will definitely love to make it my solace.

A stunning hotel located in a stunning city. Kigali and Rwanda really left me speechless - they showed that this level of class and quality is attainable in Africa. The Radisson Blu in Kigali is very centrally located. It's alongside the convention centre, so the perfect location to stay at if you're attending a conference there. It's also easy to get around Kigali from its location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and clean and very well equipped. There is a really good gym on site, tennis courts and 2 swimming pools. The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible. Literally everything is of the highest quality.

Comfortable, decent sized, clean rooms. However service is slow and sometimes rude, especially at the front desk and bar areas. Food is not the tastiest but there is a wide spread for buffet available. Most of the food is fried or carb heavy; little healthy options other than salad.

On arrival we were welcomed by a tall handsome young man with the name of Innocent and two ladies Marrie and Happy who were extremely welcoming and nice. That same night we met Fiona at the bar and she made us feel welcome by serving graciously with a smile though late hours of the night. Following day and subsequently we met Lillian, Rose, Jean Baptist at the restaurant for breakfast and they were very friendly and kind. The hotel has wonderful facilities but even has better staff.

Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable . I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Rwanda.

I was only here to view the place, so this review doesn't cover the hotel service. From outside appearance, the area is clean with plenty of parking. The design of convention center is pretty iconic, probably one of the most iconic pieces of the Kigali skyline. It's a must visit place if you ever pass through Kigali.

It was really amazing the service at the restaurant. We had our toddler with us and the service was just so good - they were very attentive and responsive, kind and made great attempts at connecting genuinely and sharing more about their City. Specifically Stephen and John Baptist (in French ;)

I had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu. The rooms are spacious and squeaky clean, the facilities are phenomenal (spa, pools). The breakfast buffet is so extensive you never get bored even after 10 days. The service is also great, special thanks to Jean Baptiste who was very attentive :)

I was here for a meeting and conference event at the convention centre, which is side by side to the Radisson Blu hotel. I also happen to use the hotel cafe. The services at the cafe are superb, very charming staff and good customer service. In the convention centre, the design is quite very iconic and, all the time, a clean environment. The conference/meeting halls have got the best facilities for meeting events. Modern displays and the service during the breaks (tea and lunch) were very nice and helpful staff. It's a never miss place to visit while in Kigali, even for just seeing it, when you have no meeting/event.

The lady that took us around is a shuttle was excellent. The check in was excellent, the food and everything. Sharon was excellent in checking me out. I loved my stay in Rwanda.

I’m extremely disappointed by the behavior of your staff towards me on eve of my departure from Kigali. A security man stopped my guest and insisted I paid $50 for the guest to get to my room. When I demanded to know why, I was told that I paid for single occupancy. Indeed I paid for single occupancy and I had no intention to double the occupancy. The brashness, the inflexibility and the rudeness even when I explained the guest wasn’t coming room to stay was embarrassing and unacceptable. I’ve been traveling for over 25 years and this is the first time I’m experiencing this and the last time I’ll stay in any Radisson hotel. My friends will also hear this.

The hotel is a perfect place to come home to in Kigali for someone whose been away for so long .ohh my God !!!The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. I loved the front desk service, the porter Jean Claude was very friendly and helpful. I loved the service from the Filini restaurant supervisor Simplice. The ambience is excellent. I love the hotel and as much as i have received great service, the two times i have been here i have received attitude from 2 female service attendants. The first time was Olive a hostess in Filini whom i asked for the bill 3 times and she kept passing me until Simplice came to my rescue and also apologized. The second time i requested a female waitress during breakfast to make me a glass of fresh orange juice but she told me she had too many orders for the HOD's.I unfortunately didn't get her name but she has short hair lined with gel. No matter how beautiful the place is, bad service waters it all down.

I REALLY ENJOYED THE HOSPITALITY First time I went there I was really welcomed with good people at the KCC and they helped us book the restaurant reservation. Boris Hans made it so smooth for us to enjoy our time there. Definitely looking forward to getting back with others.

Tried the Lasagna at the Italian Restaurant which was good. But the highlight for me was that the hotel has a well decorated Muslim Prayer Room with a place for abolition and had copies of the Quran. Keep up the good work.

I normally never bother writing reviews but I am compelled to do so in this case due to the service and experience I had. The staff were absolutely perfect. All the from being picked up by the taxi at the airport, check in by Jean-Pierre at reception, being shown to my room by Hans who ensured I knew where to find everything. Right through to check out by Natasha and being greeted by Alex and the General Manager. The gym and spa facilities are well managed and particularly the Business/Executive Lounge is highly recommended - you can’t ask for better serviced - the manager and staff of the Exec lounge were superb. A certain attention to detail by all members of staff, including the room cleaning team must be mentioned. One particular interaction was with a staff member called Innocent, who told me about the rewards scheme and convinced me to join it and got me some discounts - simply from a chat whilst waiting from my taxi to arrive - thank you Innocent! (Note that it was initially offered at check-in but I was too tired on arrival to take it up). I also like the paperless green check-in facility and think other parts of the hotel can use a similar solution that can be easily installed by SignTech Paperless Solutions in order to become truly digital and paperless as part of the Green City drive being spearheaded by Fornewa. This will always be my first choice of hotel when visiting Kigali. Thank you to all the team at the hotel (that includes security team and the people who open and close the gates for me).

I LOVE THIS HOTEL!!! The rooms are large and always perfectly clean, the breakfast food is delicous (they have the best chef Grant Cullingworth), all the hotel and KCC staff are always friendly and highly professional (Jean Pierre, Abasi, Nawal, Nice, Peter, Fred, Julian, Phiona, to name just a few!). Horrible Wi-Fi for a hotel that has a conference center and conferences. The Wi-Fi was so bad I couldn’t get my work done. I was quarantined so I couldn’t do anything about it. Horrible customer service and kept getting simple requests wrong and taking over 45 minutes to an hour to respond. I ordered dinner at 6:30 on my second night and by 10:40 they finally delivered the correct meal. Not worth the exorbitant cost for such low quality care. When I asked to get a refund for my final night as my second Covid test results came back early, they refused. Do not stay here. The marriot is the same cost and has excellent customer care. Won’t make this mistake twice. Then when I got my test results they refused to refund my third night which was no longer needed and transferred me to a room with cigarette butt on the floor in a non smoking hotel.

Before covid everything was working better . Unfortunately after covid and when the hotel reopened there are a lot of problems that must be fixed such as wifi , noise in some rooms , noise from the pool at 3 in the morning (loud music ),the plumbing as several times there is no hot water and the laundry even though its fast they wash the clothes in high degrees and they get short . Minor things that make the difference though . Other than that Radisson has the best location and the most clean rooms with strict rules regarding covid which is highly appreciated!

The Radisson Blu is one of the most sumptuous hotels in the Land of a Thousand Hills. Located a few steps from the largest conference hall in the country, this hotel offers an exceptional environment for work, business and tourism. The rooms are very nice. Its restaurant by the pool welcomes you for a gourmet breakfast. It is a very secure place. The staff are very professional and friendly. The hotel is located near a few shops, cafes and restaurants. So no need to take transport to find the essentials.

Filini is the Italian restaurant in Radisson Blu Hotel overlooking the Convention Centre. It is a beautiful eatery with rich look and super positive ambience. Must go if you love Italian. We tried their fungii pizza and I really appreciate the way it was made. Perfect delicious and to my delight, cheese to its every bite. Enjoy your special treats at this beautiful place.

Verry nice new hotel with excellent standard. Stayed in other nice hotels in Kigali, but the Raddisson exeted them all. Only downfall is that it is quite outside the citycenter but if you do not mind this would be my Nr.1 pick in Kigali.

After such a long flight - got to the hotel and I was told that their check in system was down. So many guests had to wait for over an hour. This was annoying. For a 5 start hotel I would expect better. 😡 Worse they did not even tell us how long we would have to wait. We ended up waiting for 2 hours. This was a joke

This is lovely. It's easy to get to and very quiet. The security is amazing. We left our bags in the car and no one even touched them.

The perfect hotel for meetings at the KCC.right at the heart of everything associated with meetings in Kigali, great food,Kigali Heights at the doorstep...you get to understand why they charge that much. Great architecture and refreshing to the eye, blends well with the KCC infrastructure..

Picturesque hotel and convention venue. Exquisite rooms with amazing view of Kigali. Superb conference facilities. Warm and welcoming staff...and extremely high level of security (super vigilant, but friendly). Strategically located within the city. There's quick access to the malls surrounding the facility. Oh there are free cookies and groundnuts at the reception 🙂

I had an extraordinary experience attending the Women Deliver conference for an entire week. The conference was truly remarkable! I gained valuable knowledge and thoroughly enjoyed the event. The Convention Center provided an ideal setting for such a significant gathering. Additionally, I had the opportunity to participate in another conference called Youth Connect, held at the same venue. It was an enriching experience, allowing me to expand my network and further my learning.
