A nice boutique hotel. Rooms are clean and big. View is nice. Near to congress Center. It has a free Airport shuttle. A safe hotel.

Such a lovely place to stay. The lobby is big and nice then the view from the corridor is just awesome with the blue swimming pool which is also quite huge. Personnel is friendly and amazing. My room key kept on misbehaving though so I had to ask for help quite often. They have spacious rooms! The restaurant is big enough to accommodate many people. Overall, I would recommend staying there 😊

Nice hotel but could do with some modernisation in all areas. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean, large and well equipped. Pool was clean but again the area around it could do with modernising. All in all a pleasant stay.

This is a magnificent 4 stars 🤩 hotel in the town of Kigali with multiple services. Your room is integrated with Breakfast (6-10am), you have the Gym, Sauna, Steam Bath, piscine, mini concerts every Friday, interesting conference rooms and beautiful rooms for those who wish to stay longer. The food served has a variety of items to taste as a first experience. They help you to either come from the airport or go when you're done. They even have shops and are welcoming

I really loved the rooms. Spacious. Doing the lifts too small though even got stuck once 🤣. The team was responsive though and the reassurance from the prerecorded voice that there is enough oxygen kept us going.

Fantastic breakfast ends at 10am on weekdays and 11:00am on weekends. Their menu is pretty world standard with quality food opened 24/7

The staff are very welcoming and have so many suggestions for you when it comes to meals. I enjoyed their buffet but unfortunately I missed my last meal where I could order anything I wanted and the kitchen staff would prepare. Anyway there's always another time

Nice place with good and professional restaurant staffs. Their rooms are top notch with lots of facilities. I’m giving 3stars cuz of an unfair bill I had to pay. I emailed them requesting for a refund and they never got back to me.

The stay was awesome but I mostly liked the local music band who sings the general called Igisope

1. This is not a cheap hotel by any standards though it is a 4 star hotel. 2. Rooms are ok. Nothing to write about. Found torn bedsheets and pillow covers. Corridors and the rooms have some stale smell. 3. Location is very good. 15mins from airport and to the city centre. Old wing rooms have view of the valley. 4. Most of the staff are friendly. But some show cold shoulder. 3. Only 1 restaurant overlooking the pool. That's one good thing to count. Nothing much to write about the menu and the spread of buffet except good hot soup everyday. Food items once finished are not replenished, even if requested. Even tea and coffee once finished in the flasks are not replenished or offered again. Staff takes their own sweet time to provide what you ask for. Sometimes totally forgets. 5. There is a complimentary bus to the airport. So question arises that should one come to this hotel which is not cheap by any standards. I see no reason to do so.

I spent two nights at the hotel and the room was very clean. The food, both breakfast and lunch, was delicious! They picked me up at the airport and dropped me off as well, at no extra cost to me! I'll be back. Soon.

Comfortable hotel not too far from the airport. Nice bar - with great staff - and pool. Restaurant was disappointing, though - food was mixed, service was slow.

Good, clean hotel and service. Well located, only 15 minutes from the airport (a free shuttle service is provided to all clients - which you have to book in advance). Buffet food was reasonably good, though not exceptional. The bedroom was spacious with a very good bed and good air-conditioning. My bathroom was a bit oldish but functional. They provide a bottle of water every day for brushing your teeth. The hotel has excellent facilities for organising conferences with a big plenary hall and multiple rooms for parallel sessions. Layout and access from one wing of the hotel to another is a bit strange and confusing (it's like a maze). The hotel is constantly cleaned in every nook and corner. Staff is very welcoming and kind. Always smiling back at you. There are a couple of nice shops at the back of the hotel too.

It was a great experience. Next time I will enjoy the pool and get a great massage, looks like it's part of their amenities.

Best Indian cuisine. The kids also enjoyed the pool The clerk are very friendly and fast with the food we only waited 30minutes for a table of 9 people

Attended a conference at the hotel. The venue is really comfortable with great venues for breakout meetings. Facilities are modern and the restaurant is well set up. It does take some time to get oriented to the overall layout of the building. Overall a very positive experience

The room I stayed had a situation where the toilet had same window with the next room and only demarcated by the wall. It meant that whatever the next fellow was doing, I could hear it and was quite distracting. Relaxing ambience especially by the swimming pool where one can enjoy a delicious meal! Very good service, notably Constantin who pays extra attention to the patrons.

It’s nice to hang out at the pool and the staff is friendly and attentive. But the food was the worst experience in Kigali so far. I ordered breakfast with poached eggs on toast with bacon and salad. I got a hardboiled egg cut in half that was short of being egg pulver. The whole thing on some white, bland thing that resembled bread and with the worst kind of salad you expect at a cheap buffet. And the “bacon” was a thick, not edible shoe sole. The kicker was the bitter orange juice for over $7. And since I went there I have a stomach bug. Not recommendable, there are far better places in town.

Was here 3 days while travelling to Libervile. It's a nice hotel in Kigali. Good food, ambience, staffs also helpful and trustworthy. Inside hotel Health club, swimming pool, spa, casino, various restuarents etc available. The Hotel interior was nice African traditional look. Rooms are well occupied with all amenities, clean and neat. Housekeeping also nice

We spent a week at the hotel while on vacation in Rwanda. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, breakfast was on time and the wait staff provided great service. There are some nice shops that are connected to the hotel that are worth a look as well. I would highly recommend the Lemigo hotel to anyone needing a comfortable place to stay.

Nice serene hotel 🏨 in the hearts of Kigali offering outstanding hospitality services . Rooms fitted with all you can ever ask for . Ironing board and irons, personal products for skin and body care , cozy room and bed , hot water , etc .

Good customer service, excellent food, and snacks but hard to manage big groups of lients. Desk officers friendly but some servants (male) not so friendly, especially to the local people.
