I liked the service here. A little bit slow on when you make orders and maybe the rooms could use some bath robes as well. Otherwise it’s a decent place to stay while in Kigali. It’s a little out of city but close enough for one to order a Move cab at a reasonable price to town. Also the food was good!

My better half and I had dinner at the restaurant near the pool on Friday night. It was a nice atmosphere with live music. The food was good - I had fish brochette, he had chicken stroganoff. However service was a bit slow. They accommodate my request for ginger tea which I wanted to dilute as I drank it so they gave me an extra flask with hot water to do that.

Nice place where you can find anything to eat and drink. There is piscine, good 🛏 for sleeping 😴 And also there is a good atmosphere for people who want to relax. Located near Nyanza car park.

A bit pricey, but their location, the service, the food and the vibe are all great. Some evenings they had live music, so the vibe would even be better! Day time, their swimmimg pool a nd surrounding area is a nice chilling place, even with kids.

It's good but their location there's no cross zebra where client may take a few steps. It's hard for those with main buses. It ask them to went until in Nyanza parking. And back

Comfortable and scenographic views, very good restaurant, helpful and friendly staff. Swimming pool (not used personally). Quiet rooms with good internet connection. Laundry service, big shower and ample bathroom. Abundant breakfast.

A good 3 star hotel a bit out of town but with a nice environment and facilities on site like the swimming pool and kids play area. Very good breakfast buffet, attentive service. I had a hicup in my room reservation when coming for a convention but it was resolved ahead of my arrival. Internet connection may be spotty in certain areas of the hotel, especially in the rooms far from the main stairs.

I would have given the service a 5 star but unfortunately it looked to me like they wanted to extort me at every opportunity they had.. How would you request $40 for every visitor I have, it's absurd.. Asides this I think the staff were nice and yes they tried giving a standard service.. Well done
