Good service! No long queues! Many thanks to Dr. Dipti, she relieved me of my worries of my baby having a squint. I’m so relieved.

Today they refused to receive us at 11 am while they are supposed to close at 1pm saying that they have one doctor. You better manage the demand otherwise this is a bad service.

It's well mannered staff.... good coordination with patients. Doctor is very polite and gave good explanation on my case. The Management Team may consider to have one more Doctor on board to cut the patient's waiting time and treat more patients per day. Overall experience is satisfactory.

Everywhere else is 5 star except the reception l don’t know why there are 4/ 3 computers and 4/ 3 attendees on them but one is attending it’s so annoying that you have to wait in que while others are not helping. The people there have attitude specially the man nxa except the lady with locs she tries to make you feel comfortable. I hate coming especially if l think of the reception people.

I am waiting for my glasses for already 25 days !!! Each time I call they say tomorrow, and that they would call me when ready. Still waiting, no even a phonecall to give me a status update. I paid already for the glasses ... what kind of service is this??? Shame on you!

It's very reasonably priced, and the doctors were all very nice and responsive here. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. However, the machines and instruments were dated, and didn't look entirely clean to me. Also, the system was very slow. I was waiting 2 hours 30 minutes for a quick eye check-up that should only take 15 or 20 minutes with better organisation.

The Agarwal hospital in Kigali, Rwanda is a wonderful place to get highly professional service in related to all eye related conditions. The doctor, manager & other professionals are very courteous, friendly and wiling to help at any time. I m impressed with the service offered by the Agarwal hospital
