Pilates spot is a great pilates reformer studio located inside a well known gym in the center of Naples, the Chiaia Area. I had the chance to visit it both pre and after covid and could always appreciate the way the studio is always spot on clean and tidy. All the teachers are very prepared. I had most of my classes with Nat, the owner and I can assure she is great at teaching and helping students to overcome their challenges. Her classes helped me to balance my intense running activity. Really recommend it for both the teaching (and results) and the way the studio is kept.

Il corso che propone Pilates Spot è uno dei più all'avanguardia del momento, ma il vero punto di forza rispetto ad altri è lei, Naty! Con la sua professionalità, conoscenza e amore per questa disciplina, ho imparato in questo mio percorso a volermi sempre più bene e a raggiungere un grado superiore di autostima, vedendo il mio corpo cambiare, migliorare e rinascere, sia fuori che dentro. ho conosciuto Naty due anni fa e da lì non l'ho più lasciata: puntuale, attenta, precisa e sopratutto in grado di di trasmettere il suo grande amore e la sua conoscenza del pilates. pilates spot e' uno studio bellissimo, ordinato pulito e gestito da persone competenti, in pochi mesi ho visto davvero un cambiamento sia fisico che mentale, davvero super consigliato.

Very professional and nice studio. The instructor is very knowledgeable and patient with new clients. Pilates really transforms the mind and body, i think anyone would benefit coming to this amazing studio. The classes are fun and challenging. Classes can be in English or Italian. Great prices as well.

Nel mio percorso di benessere ho avuto più esperienze di Pilates, tutte positive. L’impattare con Nati ed il suo lignaggio di Pilates mi ha portato ,però,oltre le passate esperienze: ho avuto la sensazione d’esser giunto a casa. Molto intenso il vissuto di non frattura tra me e l’esperienza ovvero non sentire di stare portando a termine un esercizio ma avere la sensazione di un divenire l’esperienza stessa che si sta vivendo. Di Nati che dire , più che operatrice la vivo come Maestra di Pilates. Posseduta dal “Demone” del Pilates e chiamata per vocazione a praticarlo ed insegnarlo con professionalità ed empatia mi da la sensazione che non avrebbe potuto far altro .

Il metodo proposto da Pilates Spot è molto efficace e adatto a tutte le età. In particolare nella mia fascia di settantenne il lavoro sull'equilibrio, sullo stretching, sul riallineamento e sul potenziamento muscolare rallentano il processo di invecchiamento. E poi l'accoglienza della palestra e l'amorevolezza di Nati rendono il lavoro molto piacevole.
