Recently opened family business and one can see it and feel it everywhhere. All family members are at service and all very attentive. Food in restaurant is basic but very good. All facilities, fresh water, grey water and chemical toilet disposal. Bathrooms are incredibly spacious and clean. Wash machine available. Playground for kids as well as hammocks for the free use. Quiet during the night. Totally recommended!

The view from the campsite to the city and the castle of Girokaster is stunning, especially at night. The facilities on the campsite are high standard. Toilets and showers are very clean. WIFI works all along the campsite and there is also a washing machine for use. The restaurant has delishous local food, we had a very good lamb. The owner is a very friendly and handsome guy. We enyoed our stay!

Excellent, very nicely arranged all-inclusive camping area, everything is included in the price of €20 from 12:00 to 12:00. There is also a restaurant in the camp. Extremely friendly owner 🤗. It offers the possibility of transportation to Gjirokastër Castle, €5 each way.

Very nice place! Good atmosphere, clean, possibility to wash. We started here bicycle trip and we got a lift to pass on 1300moh.

The camping is in a perfect position to go visit Argirocastro. The toilets and services are new and functional. The owners are lovely and the hospitality is overwhelming. The place is also family and kids friendly with a small park for them to play. The place to park are big enough for camper and small camping cars like ours. Can not recommend this place enough! 🤩

Really good camping with multiple daily cleaning of toilets and showers. The owners are so nice and can help you if you need anything. Many spots for campervans and/or motorhomes, we were with a tent there is a nice grass spot for this as well. I strongly recommend!

Lovely campsite a couple of kms outside Gjirokaster. Run by kind, friendly family. Brand new restaurant/bar and toilet/shower block. Spotless, best we've seen. Free clothes washing machine included in price. Family will also taxi you into town for 5 euro/ 500 lek. Great value at €20 per night for our family of 5.

Great camping place with a restaurant (the food was delicious - better than in some of the local restaurants in Albania). Everything is nice and clean, with a free washing machine included. Half of the places have a nice shade for the most of the day. Old city in a walking distance (40 mins). The nearest supermarket or bakery (15 mins walk). Can also recommend a short trip to Benje Thermal Baths (1 hr by car)

Does not really cater for tents, but I'm not sure any campsite in Gjirokastra does. The grassy camping area shown in older photos has now been converted to gravel pitches for campervans, with the only grass for camping being the small area directly in front of the restaurant, which is not really suitable. There are a lot of lights around the restaurant making it almost like daylight after dark, and also music and noise from diners, which is not conducive to a good nights sleep. There is very little privacy being sandwiched between the restaurant and the entrance track. They insisted on charging us the same price (20 Euro) for our small tent as for a campervan, despite us not using any electricity, which made it very expensive for what it was. Toilet facilities were good and clean and there are nice views of the castle. It is in walking distance of the castle though you will need a torch if returning after dark.

Half of the pitches are covered, what is definitely needed during summer heat. Very new and modern sanitary facilities. The best in Albania so far. Washing machine for free. Calm place in the middle of farmer's land. 20€/night

Stayed here for a few days off-season. Very clean, run by a nice couple, good sized pitches, and quiet in the night. Food in the restaurant is local, home made and good. Would come again.

Lovely place for an overnight stay to visit Gjirokaster; very welcoming, good bathrooms, good food.

We had a great stay at this lovely campsite. Showers and bathrooms were perfectly clean. Nice little playground for the kids, and great taxi service offered by the hosts. We spent two Nights there and enjoyed it very much.

Very nice and clean campsite, good for campers but also a grass pitch for tents. Sanitary is clean with good shower etc. The restaurant is relax to sit down and have a good meal. One of the best campjngs in the surroudings of Gjirokastra

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy campground hosted by a lovely family. Wash rooms were new and clean. They have a tiny bar over there to enjoy coffee, beer and wine. If your interested they will drive you for a small amount of money into the city and back to the campground. We would love to come back and stay there for another couple of nights. Thanks!

Everything was good. Bathroom facilities quite new and clean. Only downside maybe is that there isn’t too much shade.

Best campsite I have been to in Albania. Clean, spacious, comfortable, with great views and friendly staff. I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Not the best camping, especially not for tents. Pros: - Very close to Gjirokastër and supermarket Cons: - No good spot for camping with tent (only place is on lawn right in front of the restaurant) - Showers have extremely instable temperature - Only 2 toilets and 2 showers per gender

Fantastic site with large flat, gravel, spaces, 6 of which have a cover for some shade. All have a space for an awning. Facilities are very modern and clean, and all services are included in the €20 price pn, incl. washing machine. Restaurant and bar onsite, with a simple menu, but great quality food. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Only a 10 minute cycle to the bottom of the Gjirokaster.
