The hotel was really good, clean and with good food and very well located to walk on bazaar, also the service was great! The only bad thing was about parking, but I think is town problem more than Hotel's one! It Worth visiting for 1 night

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, 5 stars for the location, clean n charming rooms of a high furnishing standard. Best of all are the services of all front desk staff who saw to my every need in quick time, even packed my breakfast within 10mins as I had to rush off. Bravo

First of all the staff is amazing. Everyone from waiters to front desk have pleasant attitude and friendly demeanor. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant and views are top notch. The best view in the city. It’s located perfectly to explore all the main sites in the city.

Great place to stay just in the center but quiet. There terrace is amazing and the views from our room were a fantasy (pun intended). Small bathroom but quite nice. Not very large breakfast but it was ok. Had dinner and it was on too but lots of better options in the street nearby. Loved the place and the city, only caveat the street is quite steep and not car accessible but they gently sent a van to the parking lot and got our luggage up to reception. Great stay, enjoyed it a lot and, if we get back to Gjirocastra, will definitely check out of us available again.

Clean and functional, with nice views. Rooms very noisy unfortunately. Banging doors and poor noise reduction measures. Breakfast was extremely poor. Staff attention to detail equally poor. Dirty plates, missing cutlery, dirty tables and staff just hanging around looking at it. If you want to charge western European prices (or close to it), you have to provide the same level of service.

Nice hotel in the centre of gjirokaster, rooms are proper and service is good. From the hotel it is a few hundred meters to the main area, with bars and restaurants. It is a bit difficult though to get all the way up by car if it rains and there is limited parking next to the hotel.

Great place to have a cocktail on the terrace while enjoying the stunning view.

Excelent hotel, breathtaking mountain view, beautiful terrace, good service, fair price. Location very close to the bazar with all the cafe/bars/shops, but quiet. Highly recomended.

Beautiful location to stay , special the mountain view. This hotel does not have an official parking near the entrance , the climb is steep from the designated parking , but it is worth it ....

Room was great and very clean and the food at the dinner but we waited 1 hour for the breakfast that never came and when it came we didn't eat it at all it was scandalous.

for me it deserves 1 stars for the service it has because there are much better hotels at a lower price.if you go at 9 o'clock to eat breakfast, you can eat it at 12 o'clock. don't wait to eat, the food is not fresh.

I Diddnt stay at the hotel, just went to the resturant. The only reason I'll give it two stars, is because the servers was friendly. I got the traditionnelle mix The food left a lot to be desired. It was clearly not fresh. Just old reheated, dry pastry... Every bite left you thirsty. I can't recommend

Perfect location,excellent cleaniness,the food was the best i have ever tasted in Albania,amazing breakfast with traditional products and very filling,very friendly staff,very helpful recepsionists,this is the hotel that i 100% suggest you visit,cant wait to come back here again

bad location. bad service I left the car far away and walk 🚶‍♂️ 1km .No parking inside the hotel. you have to carry your things and walk. no entry 🚫

Great experience in Gjirokaster. A very cozy hotel, perfect room, excellent service and incredible location. Thruogh the windows there's a spectacular view of the.old city. Very recommendable

Beautiful view to have drinks in the day. But at night it wasn’t very vibey (although we went in October) so we headed to the bazaar where it was more busy!

The room is below average for a 60 euro charge. The restaurant is inside the lobby and next to the rooms. The music is blasting until midnight. There are kids playing in the lobby and in front of the rooms and after our repeated requests the music didn't come down and the restaurant was still continuing with its party. The hotel has no parking and it is a nightmare to get there. The wi-fi didn't work. It is way overpriced for the quality of the rooms and what they offer. Never going back.

Accessible location, magnificent view,clean & sleek environment/room.I would like to compliment Fjori from front desk for his outstanding service .He received us with his bright,sunny smile, assist us to book for a hotel transport to send us to the bus terminal after calling the transport company to check & book for the bus ride to our next destination.He even advised us on that breakfast timing & answer to all our queries to make us feel at ease.Thank you for providing us with such a seamless service.We will be back again.

Very helpful staff. Alexander was our waiter for breakfast and he was so nice and friendly. Matel the receptionist help us carry our luggage due to road closing.

This hotel could be worth 5 stars if the staff would understand how to run a hotel. The relatively young staff does not understand that it is not a good thing to let your paying guests have dinner while 80 dB of club music comes from the speakers. Asked if they could turn down the volumes a bit, but all I got was a strange answer: “everything is possible”. Well, it is not. Bringing two pizza’s took almost an hour. They were so salty that the blood pressure instantly rose. They focus on their terrace where guests from other hotels come (because of the beautiful panoramic view) or locals to have a drink.
