Shoddy service. We bought a watch, costing a little over £300. Once we had decided which onw we wanted, the salesperson started huckling us. She promised to remove a couple of links from the bracelet, but whipped out the credit card terminal first. I thought it was a bit odd to pay before she had sorted the watch to fit my wife, but I went ahead anyway. The salesperson took the watch away but came back with the news that they actually couldn't adjust the bracelet, after all. Surprise! Of course, by now we had already paid. She then proceeded to send us to Timpsons, round the corner, to get it adjusted. This cost us an extra £12. On the plus side, we do appear to have paid a good price.

Very impressed with the customer service. I needed my item very quickly and I had a phone call within hours of ordering the item to update me they had posted it but there may be a delay cause of postal strikes but was as quick as possible and hoped that would be ok. Great service and great communication from Janette who was very prompt with my further email enquiries. Highly recommend.

I am from Edinburgh originally although live in Leicester. I knew I wanted my engagement ring from MacIntyres because of the quality of jewellery they sell and also because of their fantastic service. They didn’t disappoint. I found exactly what I wanted and the advice given to me by Nicole was really useful. My ring was couriered to me and I received it today. It’s just beautiful and I am so happy with it. Cannot wait to visit to buy our wedding rings.

Highly recommended Ordered a birthday present(earrings) on a Wednesday evening and paid for next day delivery which should have been Friday delivery Got a phone call on the Thursday really apologetic saying the item is actually out of stock and would I like a refund or to keep the order going I explained to a really helpful member of staff I'd like to still order them but needed the item by Saturday for a birthday present No problem was the reassuring response,they contacted the company where they get them from who guaranteed MacIntyre's would receive them by Friday and they would then send them royal mail special delivery so I would receive them Saturday Nervously Saturday arrived after being given the tracking details and sure enough 10am they were delivered The product itself,a pair of gold earrings were exactly what I hoped they would be and almost half the price of what looks like a similar product at a number of well known high street chain of jewellers which if the same thing would have happened with them I would have got a stock response via email "no more in stock ,you'll get a refund in 7-10 working days" It's really refreshing to know that this level of customer service still exists with some companies and it was a great experience dealing with them Thanks to everyone at MacIntyre's

I can’t recommend them enough, I had been trying to find the right bracelet for weeks and something which looked similar to a bracelet of my partners that he can no longer wear as it is too worn. After searching the internet for days I stumbled across Macintyres and found exactly what I was looking for. I messaged their Instagram page for some specifics on the Sunday evening and got a reply the same day. They confirmed specifics on Monday and I placed the order and it arrived the next day. I couldn’t fault the service at all it was brilliant! Fast delivery and lovely members of staff for helping me find what I was looking for. Would definitely recommend great business. Purchased a limited edition watch from Macintyres and not only was it the best price I’ve seen (by quite a bit less than other retailers, even after their own discount codes) but it was beautifully wrapped and delivered the very next day, despite being ordered after the stated cut-off time for next day delivery. I recently bought a Citizen cb5896-54x watch at a fantastic discount direct from the website. Royal mail special delivery was included free. When the watch arrived it was beautifully hand packed, and a insurance valuation certificate was also supplied, which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely above and beyond customer service, and with a great discount too!

We came here on a Saturday afternoon to get wedding rings. Violet (big shout out!) looked after us so well and made us feel immediately relaxed. These guys know how to do e-commerce. I ordered a relatively inexpensive watch from Macintyres, which they had further reduced by around 30%. Despite the discount, I still received the item within 24 hours of my order, by special delivery at no extra expense. The outer packaging was robust and the inner was beautifully presented. The watch boxes were perfectly protected and watch was exactly as described. The warranty card had been completed by hand, and dated on the day of dispatch. Overall, an efficient and totally stress free experience. I haven't used Macintyres before, and I've never been to their showroom, but I'll be a repeat customer: both online and bricks and mortar.
