I'm a great believer in giving critical feedback where a company has let me down, but I'm also equally vocal when it comes it good service. New phone screen fitted to an excellent standard and at an exceptionally reasonable price. Old screen was in bits , but the screen protector was intact. How's that for luck? Honor/Hauwei phone owners beware, as they may come with a factory fitted screen protector, but from experience, as its a film, not a hardened glass protector, it really only stops scratches not impact damage. Anyway back to the review. As the phone we needed fixed was a slightly more obscure model, being an Honor phone and not a Samsung or Apple model, a new screen had to be ordered in, which to be fair didn't take that long a time (about 2 working days). The repair itself was completed the same day I handed the phone in and within less than a full working day, because unfortunately due to arrangements I could not get out of, I needed it back before close of business. Something the gentleman who owns the shop was willing to try and work around and succeeded in doing so. Excellent service from a true gent.

Great service and great price! 100% recommend! No only was the phone looking brand new but the man who fixed it let me know it was playin up and wanted to make sure I was happy with I before I left which many people wouldn’t do.. and when dropping my phone off I had a new camera I wasn’t sure how to work and they were happy to help!

Been here a few times but hadn’t been there for awhile and bought an iPhone 12 Pro Max case and templer glass front cover and it was £6 cheaper than the others around here so great value for money plus the guy who served me today was lovely and very professional and helped place the glass cover and back cover for me, thank you ❤️
