I had occasion to visit the O2 shop on Spencer Road in order to try and resolve an issue that I could not get sorted or handle online. The Customer Care assistant, Zara, with whom I dealt with was both, very helpful and courteous. The way in which Zara helped me to deal with an ongoing issue, which had been causing me great distress, was much appreciated and whilst I was ready to give up on Virgin/O2, I might just stay with them as long as I can get the help and support provided to me, when I really needed it! Staff member Morgan seemed uninterested from the outset with my smashed contract phone. Offered me no options, apart from buy a new phone or get it fixed yourself. If he had maybe made an effort to show me some possible phones I could buy to replace my broken phone I may have considered it. I've always experienced great customer service in this store...not today.

Sara was an exceptional O2 representative today for me.. Such a helpful girl with a beautiful manner. I'll be staying with 02 because of her.

Staff here are really friendly, helpful and courteous. The whole experience was much much better than talking to a faceless person on the phone or going online. I got the phone I love Note9, and I was able to handle it to be sure it was right for me. This is THE way to shop!

I have been coming to this shop for years and the staff are always very helpful and have good manners which other shops lack. Even there after sales service is great. This is the shop to go to if you want good service, good advice and good phones. I always recommend this shop to family and friends. Thanks for years of service to myself, husband and children :).

What a joke of a place! Currently standing over an hour wait. 2 staff on, one sitting talking about her dog to a customer while 7 other customers are waiting to be seen. The male worker has made a blunder by scanning the wrong phone for a customer, he’s getting hot and bothered because hes on the phone to o2 who cannot seem to get him out of the pickle he got himself into!! Somebody needs to look into the service provided in this branch!

I've just been speaking to Megan on behalf of my son and she was extremely helpfuland understanding. Initially, I tried to get my query answered through the O2 chat box, but no joy. I'd been in the Spencer road shop a few years ago and thought I'd give the number a try - it couldn't have worked out better. Thank you Megan; you're an asset to O2 and a lovely person! Aine

This has to be the worst phone shop I ever went into. I am an o2 customer and I have used this place a few times over the last 5 years. I Don't go there anymore a few times I was in standing waiting to be served for over 30 mins. And when you do get served the staff is very cheeky. As I said i have used this shop a good few times and every time it has been the same. I HAVE GIVEN UP ON THIS SHOP AND JUST USE O2 ONLINE or the CPW
