Dropped in here whilst our daughter was at the passport office … what a great wee pub! The barmaid, Kayleigh was so friendly and attentive, prices were low and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this pub, try it, you won’t be disappointed, we will definitely be back when next in Glasgow. Thank you Kayleigh, you made my day x

I walked in for the first time and the bar staff were so friendly and positive and very chatty. The menu is amazing. So good and cheap but top quality. I posted a photo of the steak and ale pie with potatoes and veg. But the pastry top is hiding loads of chunky steak.... Yummy!

Nice friendly barstaff,I had a chilli rice bowl and a couple of good pints of Tennants. Very reasonably priced, nice selection of food. Service was quick. Place very clean. I pop in occasionally as I pass through Glasgow. Handy for Bucannon St bus station. Enjoy

Contrary to sending a read online, not a purveyor of Abbott Ale. BUT a comfy neighborhood place for a pint after work or a long day sight seeing. Convenient to the National Piping Centre and The Pipers Tryst.

Went to The Station Bar on Wednesday with my 94 year old grandad for his weekly catch up with ex colleague's. The staff remembered me after a year of not being there. As always they were polite, cheery and attentive (special praise Sarah!) For a city centre pub it was well priced, I had a tennents or 5 and it was a beautiful pint, the regular group ordered food which again is not only well priced but well presented, tasted great and came in vast portions. You could do a lot worse than going to The Station Bar if you are in Glasgow centre wanting a traditional, well run, friendly pub!

Crazy busy place when I was there during World's week. Crowd spilling out across the entire street. Staff did an awesome job trying to keep everyone served.

Last n only last time I be back n here. £4.35 for a pint how you work this out seriously get a grip. Just because every 1 gets a pay rise, you pump the prices up. Yer a joke. Offf a pub. Never will come back n here..its a definite no no go area anymore

One of my favourite pubs in Glasgow. Im afraid it looks a bit tired. Toilets very poorly attended. Floor wet. Smelly. Badly in need of some TLC. Still has a large metal frame towering over the tables and chairs, apparently a throw back from covid regulations. In my opinion with the right management this would be rectified quickly. The owners need to pull their socks up and make sure this wonderful wee pub thrives and is a credit to the city

Don’t smile here. Frowns only. This place was a huge bummer to stop in Glasgow on my first day here. Just getting to my Airbnb. Stopped at the store. Thought I would ride this happy trip energy and get a pint here. The big female bartender didn’t like that I smiled at her and said hi so she accused me of being drunk. First she walked away from me after I say hi and smiled. Then she stops the bartender from serving me a beer. Asks if I’ve been drinking a bit too much before coming there. Damn lady. “I just few around the planet to get here and I’ve been walking, so no, not drunk just happy”. She let me have a beer but her bad attitude was nonstop. Some places do not like happiness. I eventually walked out without finishing the beer and it’s been a sour mark on this trip. Just one poor minded soul ruins it for everyone. It looked like it could be a nice place if not for that mean girl. Girl, nobody was hitting on you! Why so rude?

The bar looks rough from the outside but inside it is clean and very welcoming. The staff are pleasant and it has the full range of beers and spirits to be expected in a pub. It has a back area with a juke box also so you can play music if you wish. I would recommend you try it out and see what you think!

What a lovely bar to come across. Staff were super friendly, the menu and food looked amazing although we didn't eat but will definitely be returning to try. Great warm friendly atmosphere. Wish I had found this bar sooner.

A quiet 'local' style pub at the top of Glasgow city centre. If you're ducking the trendy bars and students, want somewhere near the bus station, this is the place.

10 months ago I left a review. Due it's prices. Then got moan at I drank spirts n which I don't...now got serve by Maureen tonight sunday evening. After a few pints my bank notification came up £9.95 For 1 pint off tenants....this is not full price or a tab this is a single pint only of tenants lager..if this was not spotted from my card notification I would off been well out off pocket.. of no fault of my own....the staff needs to b careful of what they r typing in before we cash out. I like the pub ....ps it does not happen.n other pubs....my bank app don't lie..I like the pub as always polite..but after tonight it be a long time again I won't be back due to this

Had a Reunion of my old shipping company (Scottish Ship Management) there prior to Christmas (2022). Staff were very welcoming and extremely efficient keeping all those present well attended regarding drink orders. Our meal was lovely in particular the soup. It was just what the doctor ordered on a cold Glasgow December. The meals were all efficiently served and, again hats off to the staff for ensuring we were well attended. The Station Bar is not a large venue but it is cosy with a small open fire towards the end of the bar. We had a thoroughly enjoyable day for our Reunion in part due meeting many old friends and colleagues but also made so by the friendly and very efficient staff. My thanks to them all for making our day such a success. I would highly recommend The Station Bar (TSB) for its ambience and welcoming bar staff (and cook).

First it's my local and I love the Bar the staff and the owners it's like being a home from home . And just now they are doing amazing job of keeping their customers safe one way system as you come in the pub you use Sanitizer before you get served you have your own wee bubble that you can sit at with your friends. But mostly I feel safe in my favourite pub and they have spent a lot of money making sure we are safe ???

Amazing Glasgow local! I've been many times and try to go at least once whenever in Glasgow. Both the staff and other patron's are always friendly. The bartenders keep a good eye on who's coming in and are quick to get you a pint before you can even blink!

Everything you need for a good bar, whether you are in company or alone. A good place for one, or to start or end yhe night. Karaoke night is Friday.
