Visited for the first time today and was blown away by the food and setting. Suits the west end of Glasgow well and Callum who served us was helpful and suited the place well. Seems to have plenty special nights on as we had just missed the South American food and wine night. We were in for brunch and had the eggs and Stornoway black pudding. The cheese sauce was amazing in itself. Definitely recommended venue.

This is an absolutely spot-on place for atmosphere, service & food. It's not cheap but definitely NOT overpriced for the quality, taste and service of food. I went with the chef's soup of the day (coconut & tumeric) accompanied with toasted sourdough bread and astoundingly salubrious and flavoursome olives - fresh water is served at every table. Staff are lovely and genuinely helpful. Will return! 💖

Fantastic experience! Delectable food and super reasonable prices. Our waiter was kind, patient, and lovely to chat with. The food came out quickly and we loved everything. I would absolutely recommend the eggs with smoked salmon and one of the refreshing seltzers. If I'm ever in Glasgow again, I'll make sure to stop by this place for some delicious food and great people.

We ate here last night to get away from the trick or treaters and I cannot believe we haven't been before! Everything was exceptional, from the food, the vegan options, the fact they were SO dog friendly they even brought a blanket over. The drinks/cocktails were also amazing. The decor and lighting is also fabulous 👌 I asked for recommendations on food and drinks and without hesitation was given awesome advice. I even ended up asking Chloe (who took our booking over the phone) if she could pick the table for us as I hadn't been before, and every request was dealt with perfectly. They didn't miss a beat. The cauliflower small plate and the sesame seed tofu, in particular, were UNREAL. But we got several dishes to share, and everything was delicious *chefs kiss* I will 100% be returning to this venue, and think it's definitely one of my top ten spots in Glasgow.

Lovely cozy atmospheric cafe, delicious brunch / lunch choices. Chicken satay ciabatta was delicious and the Lebanese breakfast was a yummy different choice. Lots of good flavour and nice you can have a beer or coffee ☕🍻🤗 only downside was the wait for food, but worth it. Would go back.

My colleague recommended this brunch cafe to me, so I decided to drop in for a quick meal. The staff were exceptionally friendly. I ordered a bank breakfast and a pot of breakfast tea. Overall, the food was good, but the mushrooms and bean were too cold. Additionally, I wasn't provided with any cutlery at the beginning of my meal, so I had to request a fork and knife from the staff later on. Despite these minor inconveniences, I might still recommend the place overall.

Dog friendly with modern stylish interior, food was great and the staff as expected in the west end where very pleasant. The window seat was quite chilly, but warm company made up for that. Hamd made bigger and rosemary chips tasted sublime. Recommend this gaff to all especially the canine loving variety.

Had a delicious brunch/lunch here. Great service, friendly staff, good social distancing and covid compliance. The food was delicious, good portion sizes and very tasty. An overall great lunch experience.

Great food, especially the cauliflower skitter. "You'd never think about cauliflower the same way again". Not many good drink options.

Really amazing food. We had the fried cauliflower as our starter. Must try when visiting this place! Staff was also kind and friendly. Really worth every penny.

This restaurant is conveniently located near the University of Glasgow. I ordered the special of the day which was the buttermilk chicken burger and we also ordered a spice lamb Shawarma. It was spectacular! Must visit!

Took my mother here for a birthday treat. I had the lamb and she the burger. The presentation looked fabulous and was matched by the taste. Couldn’t recommend the Left Bank enough. Will definitely be back. A big thank you to the staff for being so pleasant and welcoming 👍🏻

They knew my booking without even looking, the table was already prepared, the waiter was amazingly friendly with book suggestions, beer recommendations and an amazing laugh. They were very good at checking on us regularly and we had a great time for drinks. Will definitely go back and try the food next time!

Good wine and cocktail selection. Pleasant staff. Only had a dessert and drinks as had been out for food elsewhere. The pear and fennel panacotta was exceptional. I would be very interested to try the rest of the food as it looked very well thought out. Overall a nice place to enjoy at any time of day!

The Left Bank is definitely one of the places to visit for food. We were served by a lovely and attentive staff member who informed us of the specials and said just to ask if we needed anything else. I asked if non-alcoholic cocktails were available. The staff member asked what flavours I liked and said that they would create me a cocktail. The drink was phenomenal. We both ordered the chicken burger, which came in a brioche bun, with fresh salad and fries seasoned with rosemary on the side. My compliments to the chef as the dish was delish! It was truly divine. I wish I could give more than five stars because it really is heaven. To the staff, thank you for making this place as wonderful as it is. We will be back!

Absolutely, one of the best restaurants in Glasgow! I had the Mexican eggs with Chorizo which was filled with flavor and fresh spices.

Popped in after the rugby. Didn't bother with starters as was a bit late but our mains were delicious. Made a lovely salad for my mum who has sulphite allergies and she ate it all. Service was great, atmosphere was very relaxed and an all round lovely evening was had. Look forward to returning 😊

The full breakfast was quite disappointing and the tacos main tasted nice but would have expected more than 50gr of chicken in a £15 main. Other reviews that include pictures show a very different dish so not sure if they just couldn’t be bothered today. Staff and service was great though.

Another very successful visit to the Left Bank. I love that they have a decent vegan menu and my non vegan friends get a good meal of their choice too. The visiting Americans with me also enjoyed it. Great staff. Very attentive and friendly. Next time I go I will make sure I have plenty of cash for a decent tip for their great service!
