Was very disappointed with the bar. The staff were so understaffed, they had 3 staff for a whole bar on a friday night, this is not enough. This was causing the staff to be very stressed, rude and passive aggresive toward our group. With a £300 bar tab that we spent, we asked to pay part in cash and split the bill to be told they are not able to do this with an eye roll and walked away. Service was extremely slow with the female waitress attending other tables 3-4 times before approaching our table as she couldnt be bothered taking our larger drinks order. We would have easily spent double however was very annoyed at the way the staff treated us. it was very very unprofessional. The only thing good about the night was the food was very tasty and of good quality shame about the subpar front of house staff that ruined the experience

Love this place. Literally the point I have against it is it doesn't serve Guinness apart from that great bar. Meeting some other nerds to play boardgames : works perfect. Meeting a lass for the first time: Ideal chill place. Getting ruined with friends and playing pool: again fits the bill. Strolling in fer one last one while already too wrecked: works for that too.

Place needs better security as I was approached inside by 2 unsavoury men at around 7:30pm yesterday who were unfriendly and made me feel intimidated. One was saying something and another stood directly in front of me while growling, before turning to look at his accomplice with a grin!

Good beer selection. Nice atmosphere. Went late on a Friday night. Fun buzzy place. But the toilets were GRIM!!!!! Honestly folks - please sort them out. Puts me off returning and will warn others about it.

Didn't plan on coming here. So glad I discovered it. It has all my favourite beers and the food is not too bad either.

Guys. I and my crowd had a great time last Saturday. Great pool . Drinks at ready with great bar staff and no one asking for passports or masks. Well done all. Oh and a dog lol

Absolutely love it here. Their food is amazing, highlander burger is special. Service is always super lovely, they seem to be understaffed at the moment but running around making sure everyone is having a great time. Spirit selection is great, really love their rum selection especially.

Oh em well there's loads of stairs don't do tennents only carlesberg more stairs for ladies as the disabled toilet which I needed was a building site on a pluss there is pool tables but they are rather worn ...

Menu is tasty but limited. Pool and boardgames to pass the time with friends. No WiFi and next to no mobile signal and thankfully no TVs showing sport. Toilets are northern best.

Excellent food suprised by how good it was for the price got a groupon £10 for 2 people couple drinks and a few games a pool good wee night drink is a decent price 3.50 for southern comfort food is worth a go

honestly 10/10 on everything. me and my boyfriend were looking for a nice, chilled place with a calm ambience, and we were spot on coming here. the food was unreal, and you can watch them make it. staff were really cool and friendly, the whole place just had a unique vibe over all. not often you find somewhere like this. we will defo be bringing more people here when we’re in glasgow again. thanks you guys!

Very inclusive dog friendly pub that will recommend beers if you tell them what you like. Foods great too and bar staff are always friendly.

Hidden gem just off Union St, great atmosphere, reasonable prices, plenty of music and a cracking game of pool. 🎱 Great food and would recommend any of the mac n cheese dishes and chicken wings...well worth it!

Delicious burgers with really good loaded tator tots. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Good veggie options too. Reasonably priced and big portions.

A bit spenny but fun. Great posters, decor, and music. Finding the toilets is not simple but it is easy, an adventure within itself. Pool tables expensive.

Cool goff bar. Wojak and Marc were super good dudes. Food was delicious, miss their pizzas though. Ellen and Cory were super helpful with deciding what to eat

Really good relaxing atmosphere, super friendly people, staff were really nice and help. Really good place to start a night out or to go if you fancy just playing a few games with friends.

We found this place by accident as we are visiting from America.The burgers are DELICIOUS, probably the best I’ve ever had. The fries and cider drink were yummy too. Cool atmosphere.

Great rock pub, with many pool tables at something like 50p/half an hour (not per game!) Honestly very disappointed in myself and my friendship circle that I didn't discover it years ago.

Nice bar, but the music is far too loud. We couldn't hear each other talking. Also, fridges full of craft beers (good thing), but no way to know what they are; they really need a beer list.

Laid back, unfussy, atmosphere, friendly staff, good range of beers. If you make a big effort to dress up to go out, you'll be out of place. Plenty of space and a decent range of board games if you want to play them at the big tables.

Different type of bar. Good selection of drinks. Had heard about the food so decided to try for ourselves, slightly disappointed as they forgot one of the meals. The food made up up for human error. Will definitely eat there again.

Tries to be hipster and cool but is actually just really rundown and a total dive. The "trying to be hipster and cool" description also applies to the staff who are actually just rude (including the guy who always sits at the bar as if he's a customer but obviously works there). Expensive to play pool for probably the worst pool tables you will find anywhere.

The patrons have a weird habit of queuing single file for the bars, but the staff seem fine with you just standing at it like a normal person anyway

A brill grill! Peri peri chicken burgers that make your mouth water All washed down with a nice cold pint. Very enjoyable.

Always the poorest quality toilets in Glasgow. Highly recommended
