Dissapointed that 3 cocktail trees were ordered at 1;30 pm and still not ready at 4;45pm !! Dispite continually asking for them too be told by the manager that the bartender was just new and that they were now made up so could drink them on the way out (we had another venue to go to at 5:30pm) so we were expected to swig them back… also food was good (buffet) however GF option and Vegan options were all mixed together now im sure you’ll agree how are people with a GF or V diet supposed to know what to pick it’s such a fab venue it’s a shame this clouded our day !

I'LL NOT BE BACK!!!! I booked the glitter room for my daughters 10th birthday for her and her 5 friends. When we arrived we were told we were in another room but not suited to the age of the girls. We then had to wait until they sorted the glitter room to then be told the karaoke wasn't working so the girls party didn't start until 15mins later! We were then asked to leave 15mins early to allow a hen night to setup for their booking!!! Very disappointed as the girls were really looking forward to their day!!! Also no apology for any of the issues!

Had prebooked this venue for a hen party since 2020. We arrived to the posh room and our cocktails were ready for our arrival which was great. A member of staff came in to explain how to use the karaoke machine. However the screen wasn't working properly. Every member of staff we spoke to ahout this told us this was a "known problem" it was "going to be fixed soon" etc etc. This was incredibly frustrating. Overall wouldn't return as the whole reason for our visit was to enjoy the karaoke.

Recently visited Glasgow to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We settled for Hummingbird and it was the best decision ever. The relaxed ambience of the place was perfect. We were served by Yuki and she was amazing ! She made us feel welcomed almost immediately and provided excellent customer service! High recommend x

Was there last friday night at a company party. We really had a great time. The venue is even better than it looks from outside or the pictures. Food was amazing and our host tony was really friendly and was a good first impression for sure. Our waiter Fraser was very kind and cater our needs. Recommend it for sure especially for private events

We had our corporate party over there just last week. Everything was perfect. Our host adonis welcomed us cheerfully and led us to the posh room. Food and drinks came fast. Karaoke was perfect for our night out. Shout out for this place. Totally coming back

Been there almost three times but my last visit was the best. The guy at the door welcomed us with the best cheerful way And took us to our reserved tables at the main bar. Everyone was very professional and food was delicious. Although are reservation was till 7 the host make it possible and rearranged his reservations so we could stay more in a different table. Totally made our night better. Big variety of cocktails and shots. Don't miss the new years eve party cause i won't for sure. Cheers

Was at a hen party in a private room. Food was good, staff were lovely, but the drinks were limited!! Not a great selection of gins and the lager was flat. Still had a good night

Shocking venue. The host/ birthday girl had booked an area and upon arrival we found out the speakers weren’t working (you’d think they would check before) so we got moved to another room, not ideal when it’s someone’s 21st birthday. The bar staff seemed like they were on a power trip, looking for any excuse to stop serving people/ kicking people out. When asked they could not provide valid reasons for cutting people off and by the end of the night it seemed like they had cut the majority of the party off. Just because the bar staff have never had fun in their life doesn’t mean they should stop other people having fun. They were also not able to provide a manager when asked. Prices were inconsistent also, each bar staff would charge different prices every time. All in all not a great venue for a private event as they don’t look after the host. Expensive drinks, rude bar staff and broken speakers, not ideal.

Went Saturday late afternoon so it was fairly quiet but looked like it gets very busy. Good choice of cocktails.

We came to Hummingbird for a work leaving night and took part in the cocktail making. It was excellent from start to finish. The buffet was exceptional, with plenty for our tables and a great selection of food - the haggis Bon Bons went down especially well. The cocktail masterclass was held by Daniel, who had a right mix of instruction and humour. He kept the energy up and, while I wouldn’t say his verdict of my cocktail making was fair (I was robbed of victory!), it was thoroughly enjoyable. All in all, great value and a great atmosphere for our team night. Thank you Daniel and Hummingbird!

We went to our friends 21st birthday party there at the disco room. Nice function with great music. The girls in the bar were fast and we really enjoyed our time there. Adonis was the best!

We had an afternoon well spent! Beautiful venue, delicious food! The host, Antonis was very kind and friendly with an amazing sense of humour that made the hole experience even better. We will definitely revisit

Second Time at Hummingbird this weekend for New Years after travelling from Ireland. DJ at Main Bar quite rude when requesting songs. No count down for the new year and music was below average. This place has lots of potential but needs better music.

We had a great time in this bar with my girls. Got in randomly in our night out and i can tell for sure that we discoverd a gem in Bath street. The man at the door really fit us in his reservation agenda and we had a great time. Do try the espresso martini tree and the pink tequila shots. The dj really entertained us during the night and the barman was really fun.

A great place! The cocktail are especially great, been here recently for a couple of private parties as well, each was in a different part of the venue there are so many different spaces, had a great night each time. The staff are brilliant too, really great venue!

If I could give this place a 0 I would I've just been told 6 days before my booking I've been double booked and it's my birthday and they can't even sort it out for me if they have a team that communicated with each other they would have none they had no rooms left and wouldn't have double booked me and took my money two weeks ago it's took them almost two weeks to tell me this now and realise this I am now left with no place to book so I wouldn't recommend they do not seem organised what so ever to only realise a booking on a Saturday night there busiest night is double booked I was told I can sit at the bar but no other room just like anyone can walk in what was the point in me making a booking and paying £250 for if I was going to end up double booked and for a refund I'll need to find somewhere else and pay probably another £250 for the group I have coming and my refund won't be in until a week so I'll be £500 down absolutely shocking !

Went for starting drinks for my hen do early afternoon on a Saturday. Great drink selection, cool cocktail tree and a nice photo wall but unfortunately in the middle of the day it's exactly how you expect to find a night club when the lights are turned on. Toilets were really revolting, no toilet paper in any, most blocked, which is not pleasant when sober and dressed up nicely for a day of cocktails, floor sticky and music too loud. Not quite the place I thought it was when I booked it.

Myself and 10 friends came for karaoke and drinks here this weekend just gone. We were greeted at the door by the manageress who took us up to our room and got us settled. She continued to look after us throughout the night, taking and delivering our drinks order personally. It was evident the venue was exceedingly busy however the manageress made us feel like a priority consistentoy, joking with us and checking back every so often (not having to queue for our drinks made my wife and her friends feel like a priority, one which she greatly appreciated!). The manageress's attitude was nothing short of a delight, she was welcoming, friendly and warm. We will definitely be returning.

Poor service, Xmas dinner booked. On mezzanine but was cold had to keep jacket on. Food ok, but no Xmas crackers, absolutely no Xmas spirit. Table booked for after meal was disappointing with staff having absolutely no control of table booking, even tho was a great venue, not as busy as experienced before pre COVID. Overall a disappointing experience. As a result would not recommend

We came as a group of 10 on Sat 7th for the Gals Day Out for my friends Hen Party. The Venue was lovely and all the staff were great and nothing was an issue. We had someone turn up late and the staff made sure to sort her food and drinks out when she arrived. We had someone in our group who doesn't drink and they organised non alcoholic beers and cocktails to replace the drinks that were included. We all opted for the pancakes as part of the brunch and were really impressed at how nice they were. The show it's self was great fun with a good mix of performances and interaction from the drag queens and show girl and the butler in the buff was great too interacting with everyone. The only thing I that was out of place was a few of the toilets lights were out and a few other small issues in the toilet, soap dispensers didn't work and replacement dispensers didn't work so was hard to get soap out the bottle. Over all we had a great day and would not hesitate to come back for future events. In saying that the Hen of the party actually won a voucher to return for a future Gals Day Out which was brilliant too. If you get the opportunity to go then please do so as you won't be disappointed.

My friend and I went to Hummingbird two weeks ago for drinks. The service was smiling and polite. Great decorations everywhere, but the atmosphere didn't quite match our vibe, so we left for another place. My friend also felt rather uneasy after the security guard assumed that a group of Asian people behind us were his (also Asian) friends while my ID was being checked. We understand that it might not have been the intention and just wanted to stress that there are other ways to make small talk.

If you’re between eighteen and thirty, love really loud music with a deep base that vibrates through your body, enjoy a party atmosphere, lots of people getting smashed and making a fool of themselves then you will be at home. On the other hand if you’re wanting to buy your weekly shopping this is the wrong place. I suggest Asda or Sainsbury’s

Was here in March 18 for my niece's hen night, great place for a private venue, we had the posh room supplied with karaoke, fab sized room there was plenty space for even a wee dance.. we had cocktail making first down in the basement, the underground club, this was hilarious down to barman's great entertainment, then up to the 1st floor to the Posh Room where we were served our 3 course meal. Starters consisted of haggis bon bons, tasty cajun chicken kebabs on wooden forks, potatoe wedges with chilli cheese & sour cream, nachos with dips, served buffet style so i had a wee bit of them all, main meal i had the buttermilk chicken with fries n slaw.. the chicken was amazing lovely n moist with a light crunchy batter, i also had half a prime beef burger which was also fab, on the menu was hot smoked salmon caeser salad, spicy bean burger or thai squash curry. Desserts if you had room was chocolate n hazelnut tart which was delicious, sticky toffee pudding or lemon posset with shortbread. We all had a fab time and what friendly helpful staff attended to us that day/ night, thoroughly enjoyed it fab time ;-)))

Half price cocktails on a Friday! They were so lovely looking and tasty to boot. It was so cold in there though so hence 4 *. Decor was lovely and staff friendly. Would recommend the raspberry beret, ( right handside in pic).

Definitely for a young crowd. You need to have good eyesight because the lighting is 'ambient ' to say the least, pretty dark to the layman. All average otherwise.

Food was absolutely delicious. Can not fault the food, drinks or staff. Matt was amazing but the glitter room was a bit too hot and very claustrophobic. Especially for the 12 of us. A bit like a padded cell. The toilets were a bit of a trek up them stairs but when you gotta go, you gotta go. Fun was had by all but the karaoke was enough after 2 hours. Thats only because dawn cant sing so only have ourselves to blame for that. Would still highly recommend.

Work Christmas night out. It was ok. Usual terrible Christmas mass produced fare on the food front. Posh karaoke room was good. Staff and security were polite and it seemed to be run well.

Great time had by all at our Christmas party night in the Penthouse. Josh and Finlay provided great service and were also really friendly. Thank you!

Hired out private room for works night out. Food was alright. Kareoke machine kept breaking. Staff were clearly struggling to manage the number of customers during our visit. We were asked to leave early so the room could be prepped in time for another booking. Bar downstairs was overwhelmed with orders and understaffed. Waited nearly 1 hour for a drink however this was acknowledged by staff and we were provided with one free round.

Enjoyed a Christmas night out 2018. Not such a great experience Christmas 2019. Asked to leave before dessert was served, to let another booking have the room. Spoiled staff night

Had a great Christmas dinner with friends from local club. The hummingbird was a great venue for the get together. Food was good standard and I personally thought it was great price .

Had a NYE party in the posh room in hummingbird. Brilliant night for everyone in our group. Bar staff were brilliant. Will definitely look to return a few times throughout next year for birthdays etc and will recommend to friends and family

Been here twice for Xmas/New year's dinner/drinks/nights out. Both been great fun, food is really good. Drinks are cheap and good. Staff are nice. Karaoke equipment could do with a replacement. Pretty old system and mics are super bad, but it's all still usable. Good place overall.

The picture says it all. Long waits for drinks due to the length of time it takes to make cocktails. If youre out for more than 1 drink, go elsewhere.
