Ordered a taxi for sober parents and I, received registration plate of uber driver. Spotted the driver and he asked through the car window - when we got close to his car - where we were going. Told him the destination, he responded by lying saying we got the wrong uber car and drove off ! I could clearly see his registration plate matched what was on the app ! He just didn't want to drive us to the destination we requested !! Ordered another one and the uber driver phoned us to ask our destination and claimed he'd be 2 minutes then we could see on the app the car doing a u-turn and going the opposite direction from where we were with no intention of picking us up !!! Got charged £4 ASWELL as a cancellation fee - when we didn't cancel it was 2 ubers that messed us around by cancelling on us !!!!

Stinking attitude from the wannabe at the office on a power trip thinks she owns uber forgetting that shes just a WORKER. When asked about issues that she doesnt know how to resolve starts giveing me attitude The usual 2 that are there top people just the wannabe"BOSS" needs a change of attitude.

Plus short member of staff at the uber office.

Visited on a Saturday and it was very busy. Reservations recommended. Wide variety of Brewdog and guest beers. Small plates type menu with a very good ordering service by phone from the table.

We booked a taxi to the airport and scheduled a pick-up time. Three minutes before the cab arrived, we received a message that the fares ‘may be increased due to higher demand’. There was no time to cancel or call another taxi, or we would’ve missed our flight. The final fare was almost double what was initially quoted and we only found out the price after we got to the airport. To me, this seems like a poor and dishonest way of doing business.

Excellent customer service and Dog friendly. We brought our Dog for dinner with us and the staff were perfectly fine with that. They even brought us some Dog Ice Cream at no extra cost! The human food is good to. I had the Pork&Chorizo Burger.

This pub is excellent in all respects. They allow well behaved doggos inside. They are fully sustainable. They offer an excellent vegan/vegetarian menu. They have lots of meat. They make their own beers and spirits. If you are into tap beer, they have you covered with over 30 They give profits back to staff and their business plan is completely transparent. The staff stopped me getting really sick by writing my odd allergy on my order, and the kitchen staff actually read it, knew the ingredients in their sauce and came back to let me know so I could choose something else. The food tasted amazing. I think I may be coming here every night for dinner this visit.

Purchased an itison deal for burgers, fries and beer. Wasn't too sure what to expect but we were really impressed. Children are allowed too which is fab so we were able to take our girls with us. The burgers are immense! I had the buffalo chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious. Sides of Mac and cheese and pickles were great too. Also, who knew deep fried Oreos were one of the most amazing desserts? They are soooo tasty!! Our servers were super friendly and so helpful. We will definitely be back.

Best Brewdog experience ever! Staff, service and food was exceptional! Food service was fast, steaming hot and absolutely delicious.. best buffalo wings I have ever had, let alone at a Brewdog!! First time visiting Brewdog and I highly recommend! We brought along our puppy 🐶 too as place is very dog friendly! The place had a lovely and lively atmosphere. The food was lovely too and had a good choice of vegan options. Our waitress was absolutely fantastic! She was super welcoming, friendly and attentative. She was always making sure we had everything we needed and always checking up on despite it being very busy. Great service, she was a lovely! 💖 We will defo come again....they had a good variety of drinks too 😍

Went as a last minute lunch and so glad we did. Atmosphere was good and the beers were fabulous. Our wee one even won her dessert playing rock paper scissors with the waitress. Lots of mixed groups in when we were and it's even dog friendly..well worth a visit

It was my 1st time in Brewdog but won't be the last. The food was incredible the atmosphere was so relaxed and welcoming and the staff were beyond helpful and friendly and to top it off there were 3 gorgeous dogs in. Absolute joy.

Awesome beer experience for IPA and NEIPA lovers, great selection of taps and other beers. Some interesting fruity flavors like coconut pineapple or mango lychee. It wasn’t very busy, but the staff didn’t pay much attention to new customers coming through doors and I had to approach myself to get what I was looking for. But that’s maybe a bar vibe there is. Overall the staff is nice and responsive once you get their attention ☺️ The buffalo chicken wings didn’t win my taste, the sauce was very vinegary and overpowering nicely fried, buttered wings. Cucumber mash was nice addition to break that taste. Will come back for beer! Strong 4 ⭐️

We always have a great time here. Disappointed the brisket wasn’t available but everything else we had was delicious. The smoked chicken was SO good as was the Jalapeño Bacon Mac n Cheese with added burnt ends. So good we came back for more. Love the staff here as much as the beers!

Welcomed by the staff and informed its quiet so customer service will be great. However this was not the case. Excited to try wings Wednesday with my friend we waited 45 mins for our first portion and we are both father anxious for the school run we never got another portion due to how slow they were. It was slow and we informed one of the staff who told us we were next dissapointingly we were not. It was also freezing everyone had a jacket on Will not be back

Service was good, enjoyed the atmosphere, plenty of drink options and loved the sweet potato fries. We got the brisket and pulled pork sharer and weren't impressed. Pretty dry and just not great. The haloumi fries were also just okay.

Great place for craft beers also do spirit's. A bit dearer if you have the beer flight tester. But to be expected as some of the beers are 6 ,7,8 percent strength

The 2 weeks we stayed in Glasgow we came here about 5 times. The beer was always on point. The service was great and the buffalo chicken wings were consistently very good. The Patriot Burger was OK.

Liked the atmosphere. Laid back. Good beer. Wings were served almost completely cold. Must have sat in the pick up window for awhile. Brisket is more like chopped brisket than burnt ends but still yummy. Descriptions of the beer in the app don't always match the print copy. For example, a sour stout was not listed as such in the app. A sour stout is VERY different than a regular.

Bright and informal bar with a friendly and attentive staff. Was made to feel welcome and there were there were the usual wide range of beers available. Staff are knowledgeable about the beers and the environment was clean and organised. Outside seating is also available.

As always a great choice if you like a good selection of decent beers. Loads of their own which change on the regular as well as some decent guest beers too. Had a mix up with our drink is which ended up with us walking (stumbling) out with some free tinnies 👍 good spot in the city too. Nice BrewDog fortune cookie to finish the night off too.

So great to have such strong vegan options and beer all over the place. Biff's burgers as a constant addition instead of just east London is awesome.

Review is based purely on food we ordered the smoked meats tray and it was very disappointing. For a start there was no brisket and that also meant no burnt ends. We stuck some buffalo wings on instead that were pretty good but sadly that's as good as it got. There was no ribs as mentioned in the menu and the pork that came just tasted like it had been cooked in the oven, very bland with no seasoning, no sauce and certainly no smoke. The staff were all bang on and it's good for beers but I doubt I'll be back in for food, American style BBQ it ain't.

Great selection of craft beers and food is great. The chicken wings are decent but could be a bit better if they were cooked a bit longer to allow the meat to pull off the bone. Would love to see more red ales on the menu as 5am Saint has gone unfortunately

Social distancing rules mean a little wait for a table (30 minutes - 1 hour, depending) but after that you get a great experience. Lovely lager, delicious grub and excellent service. Worth the (inevitable) wait!

Came here to have a bite as we were hungry and most places were fully booked. The food was average (corn bread didn’t taste nice) so would not really recommend it for dinner but for drinks it’s nice, fun atmosphere and a special shout out to our waitress who was brilliant and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent food. Felt like I was somewhere in southern United States due to the food options on the menu. The fries is probably one of the best I have had. Extra Crispy and light with cheese dip. Food platters offer excellent value. Beef brisket and pull pork were amazing. Dog friendly so plenty of people with their dogs inside the restaurant.

Very poor. Would not recommend this place to anyone.The Wednesday all you can eat wings were highly spiced with a thick coating of salt, food was inedible. Highlight of the visit was the vanilla milkshake and my nephew's comment on the wet wipes quality. Fly on by and give this a miss!

Well, first of all, the food was alright. The availability - not so much. We were to order through a website that wasn’t updated and after paying for the food we learned that some of the things we planned to eat were sold out. Fortunately, they allowed us to change it to anything we wanted to without the price change. There’s not a big selection of small, supper-like dishes though. The prices are not so bad too. Now the service. Honestly we weren’t served much, but at the entrance when we asked if there was a table we were told that there wasn’t. After checking it turned out that there was a table. The staff didn’t seem so happy about it though. Next they also weren’t happy that we were from central Europe, kind of verbally separated us from the UK (although no talks about Brexit took place) and made us feel like we weren’t really welcome.. It didn’t make a good first impression. The interior design was great though!
