Came with my grandson, his food was fine , my pitta with medium chicken , was pitiful, half empty and almost flat to the plate , asked the girl if this was normal and she replied , it all depends on the size of the fillet ! Absolutely awful customer service and the food was just terrible, always enjoy my food at Nando’s at the quey and at Glasgow fort , never again will I visit this Nando’s , included a photo to show how empty and pitiful it was , and for the money you are charged, just unacceptable!

Was a good experience, as always was busy and super occupied, but the host managed to get us in. Can't complain much about Nando's.....sauces are great and good food. Best is to do reservation before going or walk up to the register yourself and then come back in an hour..... recommended!

i only went before once. and went again , never again. chicken was still pink, my chips were frozen!, actually frozen, looked and felt like uncooked iceland chips, got a bowl for frozen yogurt and still had crumbs so had to get a new bowl and totally put me and my friends off our meal. never again.

We actually often eat here as we love nando’s so much! There foods always out fast, and delicious! But it differs from the other nando’s they cook my chicken just right! And this is why this specific nando’s if by far my favourite. The staff are all welcoming and the decor is really beautiful, bathrooms are always clean and you just get the best meals for your money. They even have great rewards on their app!

✅ Pros - Customer service was very good, the waiter was helpful and showed me where to get cutlery and sauce bottles etc which was good. The flavour of the food was excellent (I had the peri peri tomato salad with quinoa, feta and pitta chips which was very tasty, and the chicken was amazing as usual) The table was clean and food arrived hot and in good time. ❌ Cons - Bizarrely, half the menu was unavailable tonight even though it was only the start of the evening (6pm) and the restaurant was half full. None of the chicken breast or chicken thighs and sides options were available. Hence I ordered a salad with chicken thighs because I could do that, strangely, but not order chicken by itself and sides. Maybe they'd run out of sides. I felt the portion was on the small size, considering it cost almost £13. Not this restaurant's fault but I really dislike how you have to order by QR code. Nando's in person contact is allowed you know, and actually I like to order through a real human because creating an account and forgetting your password and getting enough signal is a faff when you could order in person in less than a minute. And it would also mean I could get an answer to why half the menu wasn't available.

We were visiting some friends in Glasgow who are originally from South Africa. They told us about a really great restaurant to try some great food. We jump at the opportunity. The food here was delicious and the beer they had me try out was great as well. Even being in a mall the food was of high quality, the staff was very friendly, and everything was very clear. We are very excited as we heard a rumor they might put one close to where we live, I sure hope so!

Brilliantly operated restraunt here all thanks to the staff. Was in a few weeks ago with a crowd around 12. The poor waiter handled it brilliantly split the group and served us all with such great enthusiasm. Checked on us all. Also it's Good Food, Served Fast. Highly recommend this Nando's all thanks to the wait staff seating people. 👉💯✅

Noisy, cluttered and lacking in some menu options - these are specifics to the venue. Cost of eating, cutting back on menu options and deals contribute to a bill that no longer seems like good value any more.

Will not be racing back any time soon. We were sat at a table and advised to use the app to order which we did. The alternative was to go to the counter to order. We watched as food (ours and other peoples) was prepared and left under heaters for considerable time before being served. The servers cleaned the tables then picked up the food to serve. I only saw one server wash her hands in the whole time we were there. Service was slow, food arrive lupe warm after its long wait on the counter top... butter wouldn't melt on the corn on cob because it wasn't warm enough to melt it! There was no one to give feedback to because despite the good number of staff around, no one came near to ask. Ordering on app removes any personal interaction. I can only assume tips will be really low too with this model of service. Not impressed.

Can’t complain about the quality, the food, the staff, …. however, the venue itself could be doing with a ‘freshening up’ …. We had a great meal, ( ordered from the table ) but it took a bit of time to arrive, probably because the place was stoud out !!! It wasn’t until afterwards when we were in the St Enoch centre that we saw the ‘other’ Nando’s ….. open plan, fresh, …. a bit nicer , and again very busy.

There was a very disruptive, violent and intimidating argument among two parties during our meal. We felt uncomfortable and unsafe due to this as there was racial slurs and swearing being screamed across the small floor of the restaurant as well as chairs being thrown and glasses being smashed. The staff tried to contain the explosive situation while police entered and exited the building. We thought we’d of been offered some form of compensation for this terrifying experience. We were sat very near to the whole ordeal and it wasn’t until I got back home, reflecting back that I realised how frightening and wrong this was. I would like someone from the Nandos team to get in touch with me as it is completely unfair for us to PAY (bearing in mind we spent upwards of £50) for an experience like this. I was in fact put off my food after the whole uncomforted feeling we felt in the restaurant.

Been to a few Nandos over the years and this one is probably one of the top of my list. Food is always spot on. Definitely worth a visit if you fancy some tasty food. The loaded fries are perfect for sharing or as a stand alone munch.

The place was freezing; most diners had their coats on, and some were wearing hats. The food was mediocre. The service was also mediocre. They seated you but didn't take your order at the table or bring the bill to you. I'm surprised they didn't ask us to collect the food ourselves.

Food is no different to any other Nandos as expected but the place is in desperate need of a deep clean it smells awful. Staff seemed friendly enough but when standing at the till to order there was an awful odor. It also smelt pretty bad at the table, assume this will be covered up once it gets busier as the grilling of the chicken will cover it up. I did notice a waitress serving a table balancing a bowl against her t-shirt and yep, the food was touching her t-shirt. 12:10 on a Wednesday afternoon and it is dead.

As expected like other branches it serves the food with the same quality, quantity and with their traditional taste... If you are going with a bunch of friends the centre table is a great pick while I went with 2 and we had an eye for that table😉 Try using their app for more offers and grab the card

I really liked this Nando’s outlet in St Enoch. Good vibes and good food ( P.S I have always been a Nando’s fan😉) We ordered 5 Chicken wings in Lemon and herb sauce along with Garlic bread & corn in sides. Also, a kid meal - in mains Chicken burger and lots of chips as sides. I have no complaints in food and service as it was similar to other Nando’s outlet I have visited in past. But I would give 5 star to the open and fresh atmosphere here. Would surely visit again 👋

Overall food was good we took our niece with us who got kids meal.asked if 1 of the sides could be replaced with garlic bread which they said no. Ordered it anyways 3.50 for 2 tiny bits of garlic bread. Apart from this everything else was good

This was our first ever visit to Nando's and definitely not the last. The food was delicious and our host Ryan made it an awesome experience! He explained the menu to us and offered his recommendations. The chicken thighs with the Smoky churrasco was our favorite (plus some medium garlic on top) and the Peri salted chips were addicting. Lauren also was an employee there who was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation for the ice cream - try the coconut! Love this place and the friendly helpful staff. Wish we had these in California. Can't wait to be back!

Today. St Enochs. Ordered Lemon Garlic chicken bun. Got hot and spicy instead. Chips were cold and hard on arrival, chicken cold with wrong dressing, bun soft. No straws. This must be the standard here so won't be going back anytime soon.

Chain Brazilian food based on the sauces is not my favorite thing to eat but we tried it out. The staff was very nice and professional and the food was good. The sauces are ok but the standard marinade is pretty good. Skip the chicken burger, the bread is too thin to take the well marinated chicken and falls apart.

One of the worst Nando's experiences I have ever had and I did not even get to sit down. As I was waiting to be seated they just allow anyone to force their way in to the front of the queue and the staff helps them first. Not the proper South African Nando's.

The chicken was dry, we waited a while for a pretty basic item, and it was very loud there. The only toilets are upstairs, there's a lift for anyone who needs it but I can see that causing problems. I wouldn't go back to this nandos, the Sauchiehall Street one is better.

Poor customer service. Bought food for takeout as it was late and we were going to have it on the train ride home. Asked to have a glass of wine while I sat and waited and was told I could not unless I bought food to sit in. I agreed to buy more food just to enjoy a drink but was refused service again. Asked for a dessert and was told that it was sold out when it was clearly displayed. As a Mexican American living abroad, I face a lot of racism and hope this was not the case. I have had drinks at Nando’s in Stirling before without having to purchase food, but don’t know when this new rule was set in place. Disappointed but love Nando’s, just not the service I was given.

We spent our evening eating out at the Nando’s St Enoch’s square which was quite nice. The food was tasty and the gentleman who served us was pleasant too. Overall a great experience.

Food wasn't quite right, manager sorted the issue straight away in a great polite Manor, he was a male between 30 and 40. Definitely deserves a payrise.

The food was amazing..on just the food alone I'd give five stars. However the seating area wasnt great. It's like one big school hall. Obviously with sofa seats and nice interior but it was very squashed together which means it's going to be loud. I was sat on the sofa area but right at the end so whenever someone walked past I got a big surprised. I guess I'm that sort of person that doesn't like crowds and loud places. Also the staff looked SO miserable. I felt sorry for them. Probably worked crazy hours.

Great place as one might expect from Nando's. The bottomless drinks options are awesome. Very good space for a restaurant and during outside in a sunny day is definitely the right choice! Recommended for any chicken lovers!

Location: ST Enoch Nandos. Time: Saturday 24th Nov @ 7pm A far superior experience than the Quay restaurant. Would always suggest booking in advance. Dined for a birthday and was met with wonderful staff willing to go above and beyond for our dining experience. Food was marvelous and fresh even though it was a busy Saturday evening. Took no time at all to be made. Customer service from all the team shows they enjoy what they do. Overall cannnot complain and will be dining here over the Quay.

Always a solid choice. It is normally always very busy but that doesn't decrease the customer service. Dinner time wait time is around 40-45 mins during the weekends. Very convenient location and very easy to get to with parking and public transport nearby!

Prices are good, food is always amazing every time I've been. Love that the theme of the establishment coincides with the Portuguese cooking, even the music fits perfectly.

Our first visit, it's awesome. Order extra hot whole chicken and it's superb, we also tried extra hot peri peri sauce and vusa sauce, both are fantastic, although it's normal hot for Indian taste but it's very hot for people who are not used to eat spicy and hot. We also bought extra extra hot peri peri sauce bottle from nando's itself. Staff is very good and helpful, we'll definitely go back.
