God papped two of them out the club so we could enjoy a mcdees, nice an quiet no too many muddies about, and now that I try and remember I cannot remember ordering the food jisr sitting down to eat it, the next day jade the snakes and the fear, and now I just want another McDonald's in ma belly

When I was in this McDonalds with my friends, the food took a really long time and when it finally did come, the server slammed the tray down in front of us and said in the rudest possible voice, "In future, put it all in the same order." There was no apology for the wait or the cold food. The attitude was horrible and put us off our food. They also forgot the dips we paid for and the three straws. When we ordered more food, the same worker (her name tag said Sammie) gave us the attitude again and then said she was refusing to serve us anymore food. We tried to explain that we didn't have enough money to order it on one card and then she continued to shout at us, then rolled her eyes and stormed off.

Chloe has the most disgusting attitude I have ever come across in the hospitality sector. Hope to never coke across her and her unpleasant attitude ever again. If I could put this as a 0, best believe I would

Worst place compared to their other places. Problem with placing an order online, no coverage of the o2 mobile network, WiFi does not work. You cannot order to your table because they are not marked with numbers. When I finally placed my order through the electronic board, I had to wait a long time to receive it. I left incredibly frustrated. I promised myself that I will not go back there again, but I will use the nearby KFC.

Really bad. Refused to serve milkshakes but happy to take the money for them. Refused a refund. Refused any option but post mix fizzy drink. Add to that the long long wait, soggy fries and stale burger it was probably my worst maccies visit.

The staff I felt were not happy to be at work today. Someone needed help regarding the breakfast orders he was told to read the menu. It wouldn’t have taken 2 minutes to explain as he only needed to know if there was pork in burger or not. Other than that I got my order quickly

Usual fast food, never stays warm long. The place was well staffed and clean. Busy but not overly. Drive through was a lot busier

Place is a joke!!!! Waited two hour for my delivery!! I put on the instructors plain cheese burger . They sent a burger with 2 bits of meet and bacon and mustard sauce ? I called and the manager said not my responsibility!

Really clean and tidy. I think it’s recently been redone so it seems really modern and fresh. However, staff weren’t too friendly and we had quite a few issues with our order. No napkins, straws or sauces around the restaurant and when we asked staff for some at the counter, they were quite rude.

This was a pretty average McDonald's. I went for breakfast and was able to use their machine to order without much hassle. If you wanted additional napkins or silverware you had to go up to the counter to request them which was a bit of a bother. When I went (~7 am) the upstairs dining area was closed and the interior was a tad on the dirty side. The food was as expected for a McDonald's and everything was correct.

This is your pretty much your typical McDonald's, however a few points to note. Me and a friend visited and chose to sit in. We received our order very quickly and staff there were chatty and friendly. I also have to note that it was very clean and although we weren't there long had no issues at all.

The McDonald's part was the food and service just right and solid. The narrow tall location sucks tho, steep stairs and a lack of space dont make eating in great.

Really busy food not as good as it used to be although staff were lovely. Such a shame they took the 2nd toilet away as a wheelchair I've had to wait ages to use the toilet also toilet doctor could do with a bat across ot to help wheelchair users like mysled close it myself instead of having to ask for help. Also flusher is quite far back and I struggle with it

Stopped by to get a coffee and something to eat. Got a sausage mcmuffen which was okay, bit of a wait but understandable as it was just before 9am so a little busy. The staff I interacted with were nice and helpful. The surroundings were clean.

The easy order screens were out of order which made choosing the food much harder. It was clearly stressful but the staff managed to remain cheerful and focussed. Food was the usual for a fast food place and preparation was quick despite how busy it was. Clean tables and we didn't feel rushed.

All I wanted was sweet and sour sauces. I ordered 40 chicken nuggets from Mcdonald's today. The order machine shown me there definitely were sweet and sour sauces available so I happily placed my order. Turn out there were actually none left when the staff bring me the meal and I got offered BBQ/Curry sauces instead but that ain't the same as sweet and sour sauces aren't they? When all I wanted was 8 sweet and sour sauces 10pm at night with my empty stomach and watery mouth, what's the point offering me any of those? It is a total scam. Get your stupid machine fix!

Late night visit, absolutely manic! The order numbers werent working, no paper in the machines for a receipt, asked for extra onions, literally got one onion lols!

Got a McFlurry, quick service, loved it.

It's McDonalds! Nothing above and beyond but still satisfying. Service was a lot slower than we're used to. Atmosphere isn't great it's fast food, you don't really go for the atmosphere. Food was ok, as fresh as it gets since it was busy.

Order thru just eat. Never again! All food was cold that I did get which I hasten to add was only half the order. Spent 40 odd pounds and 20 pounds missing. No big tasty whole meal or whole quarter pounder meal and no fries for other meal. Phoned up and person on phone just said come and pick up .....see if u ask 4 a delivery u want it delivered. They refused. Didnt care that people was missing food and 2 people couldn't even eat as no meals. Why even do a delivery service if u cannot give the products out. I get that food won't be as hot as sitting in but all was freezing. Will never use this service again

Always good food and a fast service at Mcdonalds Sauchiehall st. Friendly staff ad a great atmosphere for children. We come here quite ofte to treat the kids

9 times out of 10 when you get food delivered half the items are missing. I understand most people that work in there have learning difficulties but come on. Deliver what people ask for fs

As very busy, staff do not clean tables which are left dirty. Customers are forced to sit on previously occupied dirty tables. Also no hand gel dispenser works and only one dispenser on the ground floor. Service has dipped considerably which is a shame! 20.9.22 Update: Not much improvement as tables not cleared with rush of customers. Food was served pretty quickly though (a wrap meal), but needs a lot more improvement.
